Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 sqm eachand n exc 4 sqm and removing from site complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Reinforced) of any description and any position not other wise specifically provided reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demoltion complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar(but not backing (,removeing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames of size 125 mm X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames of size 105 mm X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F for 35 mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebeated and prepared to received glass, gauzed, with out sash bar edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc, size of member of shutter as per specified in SSR Part-I Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) and for door and fixed with chowkats, chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 40mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with particle board core both face covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.
