SPL REPAIR TO ROAD FROM ARO AGRA TO MANEKSHAW ENCLAVE GATE UNDER GE (EAST) AGRA

M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled mecadam or bituminous macadam surface n exc 50mm deep in area not exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bituminous VG -10) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm over the preparing surfaces by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using binder content 4% by weight of total mix (using paving bitumen VG -30 grade) including cement filler, mix in hot mix plant using design mix and laid and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot plant transported from plant to work site and laid/spread by means of mechanical paver. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on this basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used in lower side, the rate shall be adjusted however no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in Sch 'A'

M&L for bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic dence concrete 30mm thick consolidated thick with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid by machanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot plant transported from plant to work site and laid/spread by means of mechanical paver. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on this basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used in lower side, the rate shall be adjusted however no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in Sch 'A'

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder Masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc including removal of spoil etc complete from drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed
