Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling etc including rakking out joints , hacking for key , scrubbing down with water at any height etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces in two layers (10 mm thick bottom layer & top layer 5mm thick), mixed with water proofing compound in top layer by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, finished even & fair without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M & L preparing of newly plaster surfaces of wall, cornices etc by washing, rubbing down and applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm / 450 mm x 350 mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados , skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat to receiving to wall tiles in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Endoura coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite stone 18- 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapit wall over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour as per direction of GE

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S & F Joist, channel, angle or tee , square or rectangular, tubler sections, fixed indipendently or as purlin , rafter, or post including cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts , providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc, complete all as specified and directed.(Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A).Note :- Including hinges and ball barring

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape approved by GE,complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 80 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-40 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape approved by GE,complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. and including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

Description same as per item no. 18.00, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers,distribution and binders

Supply only chain link ms galvanised fencing , 3.15mm thick with mesh size 75x75mm complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for RCC Design Mix M-25 as in colums, posts and struts.

M & L for flat Square, rectangular or polygonal Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, columns and stanchions.

M & L for preparation old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over of redoxide zinc chrome coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars of 300 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
