EARTH WORK excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and subsoils to full depth, as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth with in the Godown or inside compound in places shown with initial leads and lifts, clearing, leveling site, shoring, strutting, baling of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five Msand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. Supplying and filling in basement with wetmix 250mm thick in layers of not exceeding 250mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including machineries for hire and running charges leader 5 Cum capacity, hire charges for tipper, water sprinkler,` vibratory roller all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporation officers. The rates should inclusive of cutting, bending, welding charges of M.S.sheets; M.S.angles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed. Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 ½ :3 ( one cement, one and half Msand, three aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5 (one cement, five Msand) using best quality second class chamber burnt bricks/ Fly ash bricks of size 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4"for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In foundation and basement

Supplying and fixing Galvalume sheet roofing with 0.47 mm thick of fully corrugated of approved colour and quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing precoated iron profile sheet ridge piece of approved quality in size 2.40m x 0.60m of 0.47mm thick necessary U or J bolt and nuts GI washers etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. roofing

Supply and fixing of 40x6mm G.I flat over the Galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing due to wind, the rate inclusive of necessary G.I screw, Rubber, Aluminium washer with necessary adhesive flashing tap fixed directly over the galvalume sheet, labour charges for fixing, conveyance loading, unloading and cutting, etc. complete for 42m length.

Supplying fabricating and fixing ISI structural steel materials for truss, purlin, stanchion post including cutting drilling holes and welding including painting two coats of good quality I class synthetic enamel paint over one coat of oxide primer etc. complete (If the required structural steel members supplied at site by the Corporation the cost will be recovered at the issue rate) as directed by Corporation officers.

Supplying and fixing in position 100 mm x 50mm x 9,4 kg channel for the face of RAT GUARD LEDGING SLAB with MS bolts 16mm dia 45cm long at 2m centers forming protection to the loading platform finishing in flush with the slab with C:M 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) etc., complete including painting the exposed surface of MS channel with two coats of ANTI-CORROSIVE COLOUR PAINT over one coat red oxide primer etc., ( The required quantities of MS channel will be supplied departmentally and cost recovered at issue rate).

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level 110 mm PVC pipe. as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five Msand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three M sand) 20mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three Msand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Paving the flooring with Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, ( one cement and three sand ) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 kg complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting old iron work such as steel doors, windows ventilators, window bar, balustrades etc., with two coats of approved quality and colour of Synthetics enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position of steel sheeted windows (two leaves) with the following specification. Outer frames of windows made of Z section F7D of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 kg/m and mullion J section ( F4B) of size 46x25x3 mm at 2.28 kg/m and shutter section of made of F7D of 33x25x3mm at 1.419 kg/m as specified in IS 7452/1990. Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. The panel of the shutters to be covered with 18 gauges cold rolled sheet of superior quality and welded intact with shutter frames. Horizontal stiffeners using 18x5mm MS flat at 0.70kg/m at 3 nos. for each shutter and additional diagonal stiffiners of the same MS flats at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR sheets in position firmly 2 nos. of sturdy hinges and one number of handle-cum-latch of special type made with ;;18x5 mm MS flats re revetted to the shutters at an appropriate height in window. Suitable opening is left for its easy operation a stopper square rod for handle in provided in the mullion section at suitable place to catch the window handle. FLOOR FINISHING with semi polished cuddapah slab over a coat of bitumen at the rate of 17 kg /10 sq. meter over base concrete and laid over cement mortar 1:4(one cement and four sand) of 20mm thick including pointing the semi polished cuddapah slab with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth and directed. The semi polished cuddapah slab shall be of size 60cm x 45cm for a thickness of 40mm machine cutting on all sides and top surface semi-polished. The Tolerance for thickness shall not exceed + 10%(Rate includes cost of all materials).

Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m such spring tension adjustment attending leaves repair works, locking adjustment, applying grease and kerosene wahsing for easy uplifting including cost of labour for removing and refixing the rolling shutter, cost of kerosene and grease etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
