Proucrement of 50mm dia & 80mm dia Removable Mechanism type water meters conforming to IS 2373/1981 or ISO 4064/1/EEC/MID with its latest amendments

The Tenderer should be a Manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied at least 206.Nos 50mm dia&140nos of 80mm dia Removable Mechanism Type Water Meters conforming to IS:2373/1981 Or ISO4064/1/EEC/MID its latest amendments(end User) in any one of the last three financial years (2020-21 to 2022-23)(Necessary supply orders, performance certificates and 3rd party inspection certificates are to be enclosed).

The tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative (Dealer) agent of a Manufacturer meeting with the above requirements in full will also be considered provided i.The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per the conditions of contract. ii.The tenderer as authorized presentative(Dealer) should have supplied satisfactorily at least 78Nos of 50mm dia&53nos of 80mm dia Removable Mechanism Type Water Meters conforming to IS 2373/1981 Or ISO 4064/1/EEC/MID its latest amendments in one of the last three financial years (2020-21 to 2022-23)(Necessary supply orders, performance Certificates and 3rd party inspection certificates are to be enclosed)

If the Tenderer be a Micro & Small Enterprises who should enclose relevant Certificate issued by Competent Authority, in the absence of which the tenderers will not be considered for further evaluation. If the Tenderer be a MSME Enterprises who must have manufactured, tested and supplied at least 103nos of 50mm dia &70nos of 80mm dia Removable Mechanism Type Water Meters conforming to IS:2373/1981 Or ISO 4064/1/EEC/MID its latest amendments (End Users) in any one of the last two financial years (2020-21 to 2021-22

The tenderer shall possess valid IS:2373/1981 Or ISO:4064/1/EEC/MID for the for manufacturing of 50mm dia &80mm dia Removable Mechanism Type Water Meters. Being an Authorized representative (Dealer) shall submit Manufacturers valid IS:2373/1981 Or ISO:4064/1/EEC/MID for manufacturing of 50mm dia &80mm dia Removable Mechanism type water meters offered

The Minimum annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be Rs.119.06 lakh during the at last 3 preceding financial years (2020-21 to 2022-2023)

For Micro & Small enterprises the minimum annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be Rs.60.00 lakh during the at last 2 years preceding financial year (2021-22 to 2022-23)

The tenderer should demonstrate the availability of liquid assets and availability of credit facility of not less than Rs.35.72 lakh (Credit line/letter of credit/Certificates from Nationalizes/ scheduled Bank).
