Servicing / overhauling (chemical servicing) including oiling in the blower motor cleaning the cooling coil, condenser coil including fins and all the entire complete machine with base chemicals. All the small fault for example fan alignment, water leakage etc. including defective parts to be replaced, cleaning the filter including its replacement etc. complete as required but without replacement of other spares.

Servicing of existing AHU of various CFM i/c providing all accessories like belt used for pulley, combing of fins (replacement if required), cleaning of filters etc. connection of bulk head light/AHU door limit switch, all supports the like plenum etc. complete as required and as per Direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

a) 3000 to 4000 CFM (twice in a season)

b) 4000 to 6000 CFM (twice in a season)

c) 6000 to 8000 CFM (twice in a season)

Cleaning of all Supply Air Ducts /Exhaust air duct internally by skilled personnel with mechanical Equipment/compressor and Vacuum Machine. Contractor has to provide access in duct opening for present and future cleaning if required and sealing the same after cleaning requirement and sealing the same after cleaning to avoid air leakage, Removal of oil, dust and grease from total surface area of duct free from at least once in summer season complete as required. Surface area available at all mentioned sites in item no 3 above is to be cleaned under the ventilation (Supply & Exhaust) duct - 1 Job

Supply & replacement of existing wornout Condenser Coil 7.5 TR Ductable type air conditioners.

Spray painting of L.Tpanel/ panel board & M.S chequered plate with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint of superior quality and approved colour after scrapping, cleaning the surface i/c dismantling & disconnection complete etc as reqd.

Repairing of Chiller pump 5HP kirleskor make including Rewinding and greasing including dismantling from the machine, cutting the burnt copper swore, rewinding with suitable size of copper wire, varnishing, baking, testing including replacement of suitable ball bearing , shaft and reinstallation etc. as required. a) 5 HP ( Moti Bagh Barat Ghar)

Supply & replacement of existing wornout Overload Relay with new one i/c testing, commissioning, etc. complete as required.

Supply & replacement of existing wornout of Indoor Motor with new one i/c testing, commissioning, etc. complete as required.

Rewinding /repairing of existing wornout Outdoor Motor with new one i/c testing, commissioning, etc. complete as required.

Preventive maintenance/checking of plant of following capacity installed at following sites each month i.e checking AHU alignment control panel & refrigent leakage checking cleaning of AHU filter, AC duct and water leakage of pump motor nut bolts, contactor etc and tower AC's as required. a) Ductable Acs 02 x 5.5TR/02 x 11 TR 1 Nos. Site (1x8) ( Palika MAternity Hospital, Lodhi Road)

b) 03 x 60 TR 1 Nos. Site (1x8) for 8 months Moti Bagh Barat Ghar

c) 08 x 4 TR Tower AC's 1 Nos. Site (1x8) for 8 months Navyug School, Sarojini Nagar

Supplying and gas charging for Top up of R-22/ R-134 gas in the Non CFC refrigerant gas in the different capacity of air-cooled plant after pressure testing etc. as required (Gas will be supplied by the contractor)

Rewinding & Overhauling of AHU motor capacity 2 Hp / 3 HP

Rewinding of blower motors of fan coil units including dismantling from the machine, cutting the burnt copper wire, rewinding with suitable size of copper wire, varnishing, baking, testing including replacement of suitable ball bearing, shaft and reinstallation etc. as required.
