Material and labour for 400x400x7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) non skid ceramic coloured tiles, in floors surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 300x300x7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) non skid ceramic coloured tiles, in floors surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 400x100x7-8 mm thick in skirting/dado (made from 400x400x7-8 thick non skid ceramic coloured tiles) set and jointed in neat cement slury and pointed with white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for light shade vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) as in vertical surfaces/ skirting/ dado , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on shaft/back side of building external surfaces of brick wall concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 including filling of any depression, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing debris to a distance not exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples in steel windows including removal of wire cloth from existing steel windows, providing new wire cloth and fixed with screws or revets and provision of new flat iron beading of size 12x5mm complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Removal of steel window shutter incl refixing in same location where necessary will also included in quoted rate.)

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exc. 1.5 Sqm n.exc & 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for built in steel cup board with pressed steel frame of size 75x45x1.25mm fixed to masonary wall in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded cushed stone aggregate) block of size 230x230x150mm by Mild Steel FI 25x3mm hold fast 150mm long , 1.00 mm thick pressed steel shutter godrej pattern including MS hanging rod of 10 mm dia with bracket fixed on inner side of shutter , on other leaf provision of MS peg set of three pegs including locking arrngement ( MS lock 100 mm size 4 lever with key make of lock Godrej/Link/Harrison ), spray painting two coat over red oxide primer all around the steel surfaces of frames and shutter including taking down of old cup board shutter and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to steel windows/doors by providing new hinge any type and welding with existing frame including removal of existing hinge and making good the disturb surface and match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - Each leaf to be measured for payment purpose).

Supply and fix in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with nut and bolts and floor including mild steel clamp etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) bends of 110 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) 110 mm dia junction, single(single 'T') equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe in any length fixed to walls and floor with clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC bends any radius 75mm thick PVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair PVC (SWR) 75 mm dia junction, single(single 'T') equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sunken slab treatment comprising of the following: (a) Taking out/down old existing sunken slab treatment and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of the rubbish from the site of work to a distance not exc 250m (b) Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) over cleaned sunken slab surfaces. (c) Material and labour for 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturs insctuctions to side 4 botom of sunken slab (d) Material and labour for applying bituminous priming coat/tack coat over PCC side and bottom of sunken slab @0.30 kg per square meter of surfaces.(e) Material and labour for applying bitumen grade 85/25over priming coat @1.20kg per square meter and laying APP base polymeric water proofing membrane 3mm thick (Wt not less than 3Kg/Sq) with 100 mm overlap and sealed with hot flame. (f) Material and labour for suitable thickness of PCC 1:5:10 tyype E-2 (using 40mm graded broken brick aggregate) for filling in the sunken portion of slab up to its floor level. (g) Supply and fix of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade, 450m long (for draining out the water) all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ).

Material and labour for 20 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on concrete surfaces surfaces of roof, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per sqm) unrolled and bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm and 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughening of existing concrete floor surface by pricking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of damaged and unserviceable roof treatment of any description on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stop, padding concrete on roof slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440mm white, with integral foot rests with and including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and setting the trap and pan in and including PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) minimum 150mm thick all round and finished just below level of rim of pan to receive the floor finishing, making all connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC dual flushing cistern with double flush button acion type low level white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern and connections to pipes if any complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes for tank capacity exceeding 250 & not exceeding 500 ltr including writing month and year of cleaning on tank surface in bold letters of height not less than 50mm and width not less than 20mm using thick synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing water tanks capacity exc.250 Ltrs but n.exc 500 ltrs, removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) 500 litre capacity hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing water tanks capacity exc.500 Ltrs but n.exc 1000 ltrs, removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) 1000 litre capacity hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.
