1st. class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) within all lead and lifts and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2nd. class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) within all lead and lifts and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges jumb lock jamb,beed and if reuired angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means,adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb i/c. steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretretment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Profile "A"

Providing and fixing pannelled glazed or panalled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including black enemelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick 2nd. class deodar wood complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-

Foundation, footings and basis of columns etc. and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge..

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolts anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 300x16mm

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and the like mass concrete.

Columns, pillars posts and struts upto all heights.

Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all heights.

Stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all heights.

Arches upto floor two level

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs. thickness) including attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts Circular or curved in plan upto all heights.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings,cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floors.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc. upto 200 mm in thickness upto all heights..

Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing upto all heights..

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceililng not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Arches upto 6 metres span complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings, framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. .

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size) including carriage of materials and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.

Providing and fixing MS manhole cover of 500 mm dia with frame (Medium grade duty) weight of cover and frame to be not less than 46 Kg.

Fixing inlet, outlet, over flow and scour pipe of GMS pipe of following internal dia (medium grade) including extra carriage within all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Provision for Structural design and Drawing & bearing capacity of soil using SPT as per IS:2131-1981 with latest amendments and shall be got approved from competent authority.
