Excavation in foundation, trenches including jungle clerance ( for pipes & pits) up to al depths in all classifiaction of earth work such as Pick Work,jumper work staurated soil including bailing of pumping out water,blasting soft/hard of chiselling soft,hard rock where balsing is prohibited all lifts inculding trimming and dressing of sides levellling of beds to crrect grade including shoring srtutting planking timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the usable an dunusable material/soil separately and after laying ointing and tesing of pipes returning the usable soil to trenches in 15 cm ( fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by remming and watering and then disposing of all surplus soil,unuable materials as directed within all eads and lfits including retoration of un-matalled surface to its original condition and also inculding cost of diversion of traffic night signals fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to house etc. complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work
Providing, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked GMSERW pipes of various grade "L-290/L-210" conforming to IS/ISO-3183-2007 or its equivalent API specifications latest with upto date amendments of following dia with upto date amendments having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with upto date amendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends and other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The pipe shall haves zinc coating inside & out side conforming to IS/ISO-4736-1986 or latest with upto date amendments & shall be engraved with grade "L-290" code IS/ISO-3183-2007 or its equivalent. The laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with upto date amendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (MS Flanges and butt welding joint shall be measured and paid for separately).( 95 % of the total Joints for Butt Welding & 5% of the total joints for MS Flanges).

Supply of submersible pumping set of reputed make such as KSB/Calama/SU/BS/Johnston,Amrut conforming to latest relevent BIS . The pump should be fitted with free fine impellers of suitable alloys as per BIS ;5659-1978 with upto date amendments,suitable for raw / clear water having greased packed bearing and shell with wound stator on motor side and with shaft protection on pump side ensuring better liffe for shaft conforming to BIS specifications.The pump shall be directly coupled to suber-sible squirrel cage electric induction motor of Kiloskar/NGEF/Joyti/Crompton make conforming to BIS ;9283-1979 with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible pump, duly isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed,lubricated bearing and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear.It should also be fitted with a device to make up expa-of water with heating of motor. The type, size and make shall be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.
Providing and lowering GMS(M) Column pipe assembly 125mm dia(MG) including MS flanges of Table 7 as per IS : 6392-1971 with upto date amendments, rubber/asbestos gasket of min. 3mm thickness as per IS 2712-1979 and required numbers of nuts and bolts as per IS ;1364-1983 . The Column pipe shall be as per relevent IS Code The Column pipe should be extended upto 5 mtr. beyond the outer wall of the pump house in the direction of Rising main . The Column pipe should be properly jointed with the Rising main including all necessary accessories like increaser / reducer, flanges, bends etc, including supporting clamps (2Nos.) at the top of T/well assembly, and as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge.
Installation of all above items as per the systematic drawing attached with the documents or as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Providing and laying copper PVC insulated 3 core armoured power cable (one cable carrying all the three phases) of suitablle size and capacity to motors and all other electrical equipments as per IS ;1554 ( P-I ) 1988 or latest with upto date amendments of Seimen /Gloster/IEC/ICC/EICO/National / Grandlay make including all othe accessor-ies such as thimble, flexible pipes, solder nuts and bolts,cable glands etc. laid in pipes of trenches under floor.

Installation of all above items as per the systematic drawing attached with the tender documents or as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The contarctor should ensure proper jointing of delivery pipe line of pump with the Rising main including all necessary accessories like increaser /reducer specials etc. as per site conditions and as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
Providing and fixing double flanged MS piping work(layout to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge) for suction and delivery pipes suitable to pumps offered and common header as per the rising main respectively complete with all specials such as bends,Tees,Reducers Inceasers with companion indicated in the Drawing i/c rubber/ asbestos gasket of 3 mm thickness as per IS : 2712-1972 and required number of Nuts and Bolts as per 1364-1983 complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SCHEME FOR 3 YEARS:- Operation and maintenance of Scheme from source to main/sector storage tank/gravity main, distribution mains,rising main etc. and to keep all structure/machinery/ facility to proper working O&M includes the the regular i.e dailysupplying of designed /requiredquantity of potable water having water quality as per of water supply to the benefiaries of the scheme up to main storage / delivery tank from above mentioned source to main / sector storage tanks at different location as per plan and repair and maintenance of main lines , gravity lines and entire distribution mains of scheme, regular maintenance of all the facilities i/c cleaning, washing oil and greasing repair, replacement of wornout/ damaged parts of pumping machinery, pipe lines valves and and electrical mechanical requirements regular cleaning of all structure like collection tank, storage tank, pump house etc.and disposal of same as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. Fixing/ repairing/ leakage in civil structure pipe line , pumping machinery etc. proper distribution of treated water and regular testing of water samples .Maintaining log book of running of pumping machinery register for sample reports and consumption of chemicals. keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality , repair and maintenance work chemical dosing and time and and hours of run of pumping machinery, removed of all kind of slips , slush, up -rooting of unwanted grass, shrub, weeds etc.growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of engineer- in -charge.. Planting and maintenance plant of flowers/ trees around the pump house storage tank etc. as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge i/c the cost of procurement of adequate and and proper tools and plants , skilled and unskilled manpower, spare parts, oil/grease/lubricants, chemicals for water treatment and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing and making stand by arrangement all times, istrument,equipments,stationery and any other material etc. required for O&M excluding the cost of energy charges. all the operation shall be carried out asper the CPHEEO mannual of the water supply and treatment( latest addition) HP PWD/JSVspecification HP & JSV norms direction issued by the Engineer-in -Charge from time to time and sound. The O& M part will commence from date of the completion of sucessful trial and test run 3 months period subject to the liability period of 6 month after physical completion of all the components of the scheme
