Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, joints filled with bitumen sand mixed 50mm thick, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggte) as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, edgeless , area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match Shade, pattern, laying etc, including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 as directed at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finishes even and rough, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18mm thick over and included cement screed base of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing etc, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and rises to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match pattern and shade, including 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished even and fair to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone 16-18mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar ,over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade or the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10mm thick plaster in cement concrete 1:3 for laying Kota Stone, complete all as specified and directed.
