Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioing of 20 m height flood lighting high mast tower in multiple sections for Apron suitable for 39 m/s wind speed as per IS 875 (Part -III), hot deep galvanized, comprising of raising and lowring system, head frame, lantern carriage for fixing and holding the flood light fittings and control gear box, double drum winch, SS wire rope, trailing cable, manual handle, junction box, lighting finial, MCB, electric driven integral power tool motor, power and control cables,lighting arrestor etc. all other accessories as required along with the following as per the specification given: a) Luminaires carriage to hold all required LED light fittings for lux as per ICAO specifications in apron area plus two additional light fittings for redundancy including all accessories, counter weights and self balance etc. b) Raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly on top with self lubricating bearing and stainless steel shaft non-corrosive pulley & stainless steel wire ropes of minimum 6 mm dia etc. completes with internally mounted electric driven 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz operated integral power tool motor installed inside the base compartment for its operation and also for manual operation. c) Supply, Laying and fixing of 2 runs of flexible round sheath 5 core control cables of appropriate rating from junction box to lantern carriage including wiring with suitable size of copper cable for individual wiring of all fittings including 2 Nos double dome LED Aviation obstruction lights. d) Instllation,testing,Wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB etc as required. e) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. f)SITC of double dome aviation obstruction lights-2nos per mast g) Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth including all materials and labour, The foundation design should be withstand wind pressure of 39 m/s along with desired fitting and foundation design vetting by Government Engineering college etc., complete as required. h) Supply & installation of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar as per relavent IS for essential and non-essential application with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 25/35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals,including supply,laying and connection of 16sq.mm cable with galnds,lugs etc. complete as required

Supply of LED flood lights miniumum 350W(Narrow,Medium,Wide beam as per design requirement to meet illumination as per the ICAO specification),IP65, extruded aluminium housing cum heat sink with pressure die-cast aluminium covers, driver with in-build suitable to operate on 230 V as required.The fitting should have minimum 5 years warranty for complete luminaire including Driver & control gear etc complete as required suitable for Apron High Mast etc complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply of 3.5 C x 35 Sq. mm XLPE insulated /PVC Sheated Alluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade conforming to IS 7098 part-I with upto date amendments as required and conforming to particular specifications.

Supply of 3.5 C x 70 Sq. mm XLPE insulated /PVC Sheated Alluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade conforming to IS 7098 part-I with upto date amendments as required and conforming to particular specifications.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class)in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc for 80 mm dia.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipes as required. Above 35 sq. mm and up to 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5C x 35 Sqmm

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5C x 70 Sqmm

Earthing with G.I.earthplate 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. complete as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipes as required. Upto 35 sq. mm and including
