Disconnecting electric connections from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump set of size 2 to 15 HP and removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking down/out submersible pump set along with column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block including transportation to workshop for repairs and back and lowering of same pump in bore well after repairs after replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed b Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric motor of any capacity and makes from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc / Dismantling the induction/Submersible motor and seperate the stator and rotor and removing the Unserviceable DE & NDE sede bearing, burnt winding wire from stator and rewinding the same as per existing supper enamelled copper wire gauge F class insulation used including varnishing and heating for drying of winding, transporting the motor to workshop for repair and back, re-installed after repair including testing complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting electric connection and De-coupling the Centrifugal pump of capacity 5 to 12.5 HP and removing from foundation for repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e. CI Casing wear ring, interstage ring, stuffing box bush, lentern ring, eye bolt with nut, shaft sleeve, impeller key, coupling key, water liquid reflector, bearing cartridge, bearing plate, shaft bush, MS stud with nut, mechanical seal, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine if any and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electric connection and De-coupling the Centrifugal pump of capacity 20 to 25 HP and removimg from foundation for repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e CI Casing wear ring, interstage ring, stuffing box bush, lentern ring, eye bolt with nut, shaft sleeve, impeller key, coupling key, water liquid reflector, bearing cartridge, bearing plate, shaft bush, MS stud with nut, gland rope gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electric connection and De-coupling the Centrifugal pump of capacity 30 HP and removing from foundation for repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e CI Casing wear ring, interstage ring, stuffing box bush, lentern ring, eye bolt with nut, shaft sleeve, impeller key, coupling key, water liquid reflector, bearing cartridge, bearing plate, shaft bush, MS stud with nut, gland rope or Mechanical seal as applicable on site, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electric connection and De-coupling the Centrifugal pump of capacity 40HP and removing from foundation for repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e CI Casing wear ring, interstage ring, stuffing box bush, lentern ring, eye bolt with nut, shaft sleeve, impeller key, coupling key, water liquid reflector, bearing cartridge, bearing plate, shaft bush, MS stud with nut, gland rope or Mechanical seal as applicable on site, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electric connection and De-coupling the Centrifugal pump of capacity 75 HP to 105 HP and removing from foundation for repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e CI Casing wear ring, interstage ring, stuffing box bush, lentern ring, eye bolt with nut, shaft sleeve, impeller key, coupling key, water liquid reflector, bearing cartridge, bearing plate, shaft bush, MS stud with nut, gland rope or Mechanical seal as applicable on site, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric connection of monoblock pump of capacity 7.5 to10 HP and removing the same from foundationfor repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e CI Impeller, GM shaft sleeve, Mechanical seal, water seal, water liquid reflector, MS stud with nut, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling complete submersible pump of capacity 5-7.5 HP and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e GM bush, rotor sleeve, water seal,cable seal, thrust bearing, sealing ring, upper & lower housing flange upper & lower with stud and nut, wire mesh, drain plug, SS distance sleeve, impeller key, inter ring GM neck ring, Guide bush, GM impeller/EPV Impeller, CI section chamber,SS coupling, CI stage bowl, T bolt with nut including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same testing, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling complete submersible pump of capacity 10-12.5 HP and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e GM bush, rotor sleeve, water seal,cable seal, thrust bearing, sealing ring, upper & lower housing flange upper & lower with stud and nut, wire mesh, drain plug, SS distance sleeve, impeller key, inter ring GM neck ring, Guide bush, GM impeller/EPV Impeller, CI section chamber,SS coupling, CI stage bowl, T bolt with nut including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same testing, complete all as specified and directed
