Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cemet concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cemet concrete padding or mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, padding or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with soild blocks, type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces with applying of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 grm/Sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5cm and 350 N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch on application including minimum 10cm side over lap and 15 cm end lap applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm finished with solar reflective bituminus aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg per sqm including removing of existing water proofing treatment of any description and cleaning with roof surface with wire brush and water complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick Cement plaster in CM 1 :4, (5 mm thick with WP compound/liquid over 10 mm thick cement plaster in two layers) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof padding finished even and fair with approved water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item)
