Taking down cement plaster of any discription including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing debrish from site complete all as specified.

Chipping ,removing carefully old broken concrete work by low impact hammer ,breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force .

M&L for applying the rust remover alkaline in natrue having specific gravity of 1.1 kg/ltr to the existing/additional rebars including wire brushing manually or by mechanical tools, after cleaning the disturbed surface etc. complete by draining water. Rust remover shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below.

M&L for applying two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% solids mixed with cement in 1:1.5 proportion (1 part polymer and 1.5 parts cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales as per manufacturer's instruction. Anti-rust protective shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below.

M & L for Mild steel bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M & L for providing bonding coat of SBR polymer over the exposed steel/welded mesh/concrete in ratio 1:1 to 1:1.5 of polymer and cement complete as directed by the consultant. SBR polymer to be procured from one of the manufacturer's given below.

M&L for repairing the damaged concrete portion by SBR Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% cement mortar in proportion 1:5:15 i.e. (1 part SBR polymer : 5 parts OPC cement and and 15 parts of graded quartz aggregate (sand) upto 25mm thickness as directed by the manufacturer's instruction including necessary curing etc. complete all as specified & as directed.SBR polymer shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below.

Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to required size avg thicknes 50 mm by providing and casting with microconcrete of grade M-30 and above including providing and fixing of watertight shuttering of minimun 12 mm th. with supporting framework,all lead lift, mixing, placing, deshuttering, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or construction joint differences if any to satisfaction of Engr -in- charge, etc. complete Name of Manufacturer: BASF/Fosroc/Sika/ Dr Fixit

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in two coats 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including providing bird wired mesh/wired fabric (12.5mm x 24 SWG) in strips of 200 mm width or as required over junctions of concrete & brick / block masonry or any other specified location at all heights including minimum 100mm overlap at all joints / junction prior to plastering, drilling, nailing etc. complete as directed By Engineer In Charge including scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved ISI make.
