Revisioning of Brakes: All the brakes are to be dismantled, liners to be changed for whichever necessary, reassembling, adjusting and fixing. (50T)

Revisioning of bottom and top equalizing pullies (both MH and AH) and wire ropes inspection: The pulleys to be dismantled, Bearings to be inspected, Cleaning and Changing of bearings if necessary regreasing and assembling back. Inspection of wire rope as per IS Standards, magnifying inspection, core condition check, strand elongation, reduction check, strand kink, protrustion, bird caging & bend inspection. (50T)

Inspection of Hooks Bearings (Both Main Hoist & Auxiliary Hoist): The Hooks to be Lowered to ‘0’ Meter, Dismantled Bearings to be inspected and to be changed if necessary, cleaning regressing etc., and assembling back. (50T)

Charges for dismantling of rope drum, Inspection, Cleaning and applying compound & re winding the steel wire rope and assembling the drum with hoist (50/10T)

Revisioning of brakes assemblies with thrustor units of 25 Ton EOT crane including dismantling the actuators, renewal of all brake liners, changing the thrustor if necessary and assembling all the above checking the operation of brake liners & thrustors units. (Main motor side, Micro motor, Long travel – Cross travel Brakes) rate for 1brake

Complete aligement & checking the operation of 25 Ton EOT crane. Aligement of Main motor, gearbox and its brake units, Micro motor, gearbox and its brakes units, LT & CT motors, gearboxes and its brakes units. Checking all movement of crane with load.

Charges for Overhauling of Hoist Hook Assembly, Compensating pulleys and changing of hook pulley bearings (25T)

Overhauling of 3T Capacity EOT crane at RWPH

Charges for lowering of 2T mono rail crane from its beam to the ground surface and after completion of work lifting the crane and fitting in the beam

Charges for Overhauling of brakes, capacity 2 Ton and renewal and reassembling adjusting and fixing and normalizing

Charges for Overhauling of equalizing pulley and hook pulleys, capacity 2 Ton including the pulleys to be dismantling, and reassembling and greasing and reassembling and greasing and normalizing

Transporting the material & arranging for load testing of EOT crane for conducting full load test of 50T/10T EOT crane (To be done by Govt. approved agencies and certificate of Load test to be produced)

Transporting the material & arranging for load testing of EOT crane for conducting full load test of 25T EOT crane (To be done by Govt. approved agencies and certificate of Load test to be produced)

Transporting the material & arranging for load testing of EOT crane for conducting full load test of 3T hoist (To be done by Govt. approved agencies and certificate of Load test to be produced)
