S&F rolled Mild steel sections as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters, purlines fixed independentlyof Fe-410W (Gde-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing false ceiling with anodised aluminium snap grid frame work with size of grid 605 x 605 mm with aluminium main tee size 25 x25 x1.60mm thick and, cross T section of size 25 x 25 x 1.60mm thick and wall angle of size 25x25x1.60mm thick fixed to roof with rawl plugs/GI wire suspenders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 4 mm thick Non-Asbestos Cement Plain ceiling boards, fixed to timber/ Aluminium frame work with screws in ceilings and preparing surface, applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer. complete all as sepcified and as directed

Providing and fixing Gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manfacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed

Removing the existing treatment totally and clean the surface throughly then check any structureal defects or cracks, cracks above 3mm , will be treated with "V" Groove, clean the cracks & apply SBR LATEX with cement level the cracks to the surface complete all as specified, as directed and as per the manufacturers instructions.

M&L prime the surface with shaliUrethane BTD@400 gms m2 / Kg 1.e the ratio of 1:1 (BTD :water) and allow it to touch dry. Apply 1st coat of shaliUrethane [email protected] Kg per m2 by bruch / roller while the primed surface is tacky. Apply 2nd coat of shaliUrethene BTD 1.2 Kg per m2 by bruch /roller. Allow1st to dry for 10-12 hours. Extend water proofing treatment up to 200 mm and terminate into groove on the parapet wall fill the groove with PMC mortar complete all as specified, as directed and as per the manufacturers instructions.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided for as in roof including tarfelt and including removing the debries for the site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding (level course) on roof finishing cement concrete surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in roof and chajjas finishingcement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L for uprooting of wild trees such as grass/ bushes etc., from the roof / wall surfaces /AC sheets/ Soil pipes surroundings including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 and finish the surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
