Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying LT cable, foundations etc Complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.01.00 here-in-above but depth exceeded from 1.5metre but not exceeded 3.0metre

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry sand cushioning for UG cable protection in trenches with fine river sand 9 cm before laying cable and 9 cm deep cover after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick protection cover to underground cable with sub-class ‘B’ old size over burnt bricks laid dry and flat across the axis of cable, abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying including testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable 300Sqmm x 3.5core, heavy duty, with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, laid in treanchs/ ducts/ along wall / under road etc., including taking down or out existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making hole by suitable means for insertion of GI pipe 80 mm bore for passing cable across the road without cutting the road complete all as specified & directed.

Supply fixing in repair steel tubular swaged pole 9.00m long Type -410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,nuts, bolts and washers etc. and fixed into plain cement concrete foundation duely painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparetion of surfaces and making strip 150mm wide upto 1.50m( above PCC coping) by black , yellow paint in alternate layers and pole nos. including dismantling of old poles of any description including demolition of concrete foundation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earth work, cement concrete will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for filling in mass concrete for pole and stay complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of pole etc including form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of galvanised tubing light grade of 80mm bore laid in trenches or fixed to pole and / or laid under road in any position with necessary clamp nut and bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape & size as indicated or directed and including of one primer coat one under coat one finishing coat with aluminium paint including taking down old unserviceable cross arms.complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white/ brown / green insulator 100mm height and 65mm dia for 1100volts grade, including galvanized MS spindle with two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, fixed in repair complete all as directed.

M&L for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size as approved on LT Poles including straining, binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire with connectors, etc, providing PVC sleeves for jumpers as in OH conductors including dismantling of old ACSR conductors of any size and description from pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing as in repair, MCCB 630 Amps, 415 Volt, with breaking capacity 36 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal & magnetic trip setting unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing as in repair, MCCB 400 Amps, 415 Volt, with breaking capacity 36 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal & magnetic trip setting unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, out door cubical type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made, double door dust and vermin proof IP-54, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50x50x6 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse and the panel board shall be provided with proper ventillation including suitable size of cable alley aluminium bus bar suitable for carrying of current 400 Amps with suitable connections from MCCB out going to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN aluminium bus bars of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to out going MCCB's (intake point) will be carried out with TPN aluminium bus bar as per MCCB rating duly insulated and colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be rigidly mounted on suitable size of bridge insulator including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.50 m height positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal all as specified and directed comprising of the following :-

M&L for earthing to panel/motor/lightning arrester complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4mm/connected to copper earth strip of 20x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 25x4mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete including taking taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions; [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

Supplying, installing, commissioning and tasting in repair factory made outdoor type LT Kiosk box with canopy of size 1000mmx600mmx450mm made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duely powder coated with 4 nos 300 Amps copper busbar and 4 nos Mild steel legs of size 40mmx40mmx5mm of length 1000 mm and locking arrangement with one Nos of MCCB of 250 Amp 4 pole 36 KA as incomming including grouting in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping, cleaning, including necessary preparation of old steel surfaces of LT panel of any size (outer surfaces) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade provide one coat of red oxide/inc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
