SH-I: SUPPLY OF SUB-STATION EQUIPMENT
Compact Secondary Sub-Station
Design, Supply of Compact Secondary Sub-Station(CSS) meeting IEC 62271-202 of rating 11KV/ 0.433kV, equipped with 1600kVA Cast Resin Transformer, 3 way 11kV Non-Extensible Ring main unit consisting of 2 Nos. 630A at 11KV, fault making load Breaking switches, Breaking capacity of not less than 21KA for 3 Sec, 50 Hz and One number Fixed manual SF6 insulated Vacuum circuit breaker of rating 630A at 11KV with Breaking capacity of 21KA for 3 Sec, 50 Hz., type tested for Internal Arc for 21kA for 1 Second and with One No. 3200A, 50KA Air Circuit Breaker as detailed below. Outdoor Enclosure
Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Powder coated CRC of thickness 2.0mm for non-load bearing members and 2mm for load bearing members with 4mm Galvanised Baseframe. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated. Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. Seperate switch operated bulkhead lamp + Hooter shall be provided in Transformer.
Interconnection & Earthing
Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x95 sq.mm XLPE Single core unarmorured Aluminum Cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminum Busbars with flexibles. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6mm Copper strips including Tr Neutral.

Fabrication and supply of cubical type LT Panel - type tested design as per IEC 61439-1 & 2 suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, 3 mm thick for gland plates, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, the degree of protection of enclosures of IP42 Rating in accordance with IEC 60529, Form 4b compartmentalised design, floor mounting, free standing, extensible on both sides i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having 3200 Amps capacity FP Aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports with short circuit withstand capacity of 50 KA for 1Sec., bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication done in transportable sections, entire panel with a common Copper earth bar of size 50 mm x 5 mm with 2 Nos. earth stud at rear, solid connections from main bus bars to switch gears with required size of Aluminium bus bars and wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor cable for potential sensing and wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm. One No. 3200 A, 50KA (Ics=Icu), Four Pole, EDO type Moulded case design ACB as INCOMER conforming to IEC 60947-2 as amended up-to- date with LCD display, inbuilt Metering, Overcurrent, Short circuit & Earth fault Protection with variable current & time delay setting, Instantaneous protection, current demand & phase to neutral voltage on display, % loading of each phases, with Microprocessor Based Releases and provided with separate suitable rated Cast Resin CTs with Digital Multifunction Meter having RS 485 port (EM6400NG of Schneider make or equivalent), shunt trip coil 220 V AC, Auxiliary power unit, LED Phase Indication Lamps along with 2 Amps control MCBs as backup protection, Breaker ON/ OFF/ TRIP/ Spring Charge LED indicating lights along with control MCBs as per standard practice, i/c Control MCBs, control terminals & wirings etc., as required.

Three Nos. 400 A, 50 KA, Four Pole MCCB (Ics=Icu) with inbuilt O/L, S/C and earth fault Protection with microprocessor based release and provided with suitable rating Cast resin CTs with digital Multifunction Meter having RS 485 port (EM6400NG of Schneider make or equivalent), Tri-vector Energy meter (TOD) of 0.5s accuracy recording slotwise energy consumption based on TANGEDCO timing zone slots (C1, C2, C3 & C4), programed according to the TANGEDCO slot basis, ON/ OFF/ TRIP and phase LED indication lamps along with control MCBs as per Standard practice etc., as required.

Supply of compact circular stranded Al conductor provided with conductor screening of semi-conducting compound XLPE insulated provided with insulation screening over individual cores, consisting of extruded semi-conducting compound followed by lapped semi-conducting copper tapes, cores laid together with suitable filters, in the interscripes covered with inner sheath by extrusion, galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable, suitable for 11 KV (E) System conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) 1985 as amended upto date and of following Size as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Compact Secondary Sub-Station of rating 11KV/0.433kV, equipped with 1600kVA Cast Resin Transformer, 3 way 11kV Non-Extensible Ring main unit mentioned at SH-I/1 including supply, laying and termination of 2.5 sqmm multi core copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured control cables for A C source of VCB Panel and for D C source of Battery charger etc., complete as required.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 415V, 3200 Amps Bus bar rating MV LT Panel mentioned at SH-I/2 including provision of supporting "C" channel size 100 x 50 x 5 mm thick, grouting, painting, earthing etc., complete as required.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IGBT BASED HYBRID POWER FACTOR CONTROL PANEL (300A Plus 300 KVAR) mentioned at SH-I/3 including provision of supporting "C" channel of size 100 x 50 x 5 mm thick, grouting, painting, earthing, laying/fixing of control cable for sensing purpose between CTs at Non Essential Panel/ Transformer Secondary Side and HMI/ Controller of HPFC Panel, fixing of CTs and all connections and interconnections etc., complete as required.
Fixing of nominal 2.5 mm or 2.0 mm (Width 1 Mtr) thick PVC synthetic, electric insulated mats conforming to IS 15652-2006 along with suitable adhensive/ chemibond, i/c providing water proofing of floor, (chipping of floor if required) sealing of all joints and edges etc., as required.
