Removal of existing roof treatment (screed plaster, & tarfelt of any description) and removing to a distance exc. 500 m and n.exc. 5 Km from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching,kerbs and levelling course etc over roof surface complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ") over roof top surface finished even and smooth using extra cement and application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over existing inaccessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Applying hot blown grade bituminen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sq M over primer. (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation illing mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, and filling the cracks and depressions with putty/ chalk whitening to make the surface even and smooth matching to the adjacent wall surfaces applying two coat of external emulsion paint/weather coat, in camouflaging pattern on CCD scheme (Pattern as approved by GE) by the use of rollers/Brush on surfaces of any type of building, wall, any surfaces, any height, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rate quoted by contractor incl scaffolding and T&P upto 15m height of the building. No extra payment admissible on this account. Taking down carefully existing unserviceable flame proof point wiring of any description & in any position , any height ( 4m to 16m ) from existing conduits fixed on surface or concealed including accessaries & fixtures etc and making good the distrubed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed NOTE: (i) Taking down / replacement of existing fittings like switches/sockets / switch fuses / tube light fitting etc. if any, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring for one light point or one socket point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including stove enameled black, rigid steel conduits of size not less than 20 mm dia (Medium grade) fixed on surface of walls/ceilings any height ( 4m to 16m )as directed with all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core FRLSH, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly / fittings etc. complete all as specified and directed NOTE : (i) Old junction boxes retrieved in serviceable conditions shall be re-used in the work. However, additional junction boxes, if any required, for making new point wiring other than the quantity of junction boxes retrieved from taking down of point wiring, shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘’supply only’’ under appropriate item of Schedule `A' but fixing element of any type of junction boxes new or old is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor for the above item. (ii) Wiring shall be terminated and connected to the relevant switch / controlling switch gear and relevant fittings / sockets all as directed and controlling switch / fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.

All as per item No 98 here-in-before but point wiring with using 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable for 16 A Flame proof Switch and socket

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring for one light point or one socket point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in existing conduit fixed on surface of walls/ceilings as directed and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core FRLSH, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable any height ( 4m to 16m ) as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly / fittings etc. complete all as specified and directed NOTE : (i) Point wiring shall be executed with using existing conduits and junction boxes but contractor’s quoted rates for the above item is deemed to include the cost of fixing the existing conduits and junction boxes in position properly as per site requirement and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Wiring shall be terminated and connected to the relevant switch / controlling switch gear and relevant fittings / sockets all as directed and controlling switch / fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.

All as per item above here-in-before but point wiring with using 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable for 16 A Flame proof Switch and socket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring in repair concealed using Four single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, stranded copper conductor cable any height ( 4m to 16m ) of size 4 Sqmm for sub main wiring, along with one run of 4Sqmm PVC insulated, FRLSH, Stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor in steeel conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: Four run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit together shall be measured as one unit.

M & L for checking & repairing flame proof tube lights/flood lights/ & other flame proof connected work installed at any height from 3m to 16m as directed in tech area and repairing of flameprrof lights found unserviceable during checking or as per directed by JE/Engr-in-Charge/men on complaint cell including rectification of fault of wirng etc by deploying skilled Electrician, helper with all tools & plants, ladder, gaskets safety arrangements and including providing minor materials like insulation tap and connected material by contractor to make light serviceable complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for required minor material like insulation tap,rubber gasket and packing materilas required for of junction box with lugs etc. (ii) Items like Driver for LED and other items other than mentioned above paid separately.
