Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing the same outside of MoD land upto distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for chequered cement concrete colour tiles 300x300x22mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling old tile and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick including dismantling old paver block and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick including dismantling old paver block and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using retrieved subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition against srl item No 7 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete block type (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in bed blocks, kerbs etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling old kerb stone and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new plastered surface of kerb stone , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old plastered surface of kerb stone , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good bottom surface by watering and well ramming, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing, Rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated or required), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing fabric fencing mesh of size 100mmx100mm made of GI wire of dia 3mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 4mm in required colour and shade fixed on posts with nut and bolts including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting to steel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. including dismantling old barbed wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old galvanised wire will be obtained from item No. 21 above.

Supply and Fixing concertina coil 1000mm dia 1A tying with horizontally barbed wire with 0.9mm annealed binding wire, 2.64mm dia having a core wire high carbon spacing steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-4454 (Part-I) with a low carbon steel strip punched tape 19mm wide, 0.50mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barbs/blades @ 25mm centre to centre punched all along the length on both sides of strips at regular interval conforming to IS-513 including dismantling existing concertina coil, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel/iron gate area not exc 10Sqm each including hold fasts and re-fixing the gates in the same opening including shifting and fixing of existing holdfast in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 after raising the gate level including greasing, painting and other necessary minor repairs , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, and removing to store for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of old steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC jallies/Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid) set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete on any description and in any position and thickness (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in walls, retaining walls, basements walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Use and waste of form work and reinforcement steel bars shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter as in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in position, mild steel bars TMT, 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, as in reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in chajjas upto height 20 metre, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Use and waste of form work and reinforcement steel bars shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) jointed and pointed in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for fly ash brick laid on side of drain using old size brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for fly ash brick laid on edge of drain using old size brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for excavation/desludging/desilting as in liquid/dry mud foul conditions of any depth and cross section width 0.50m to 1.20m getting out from existing drain and cleaning the shrubs/grass from sides of drain including removing existing RCC cover slab of any size and resetting the same position and removing the sludge outside the defence land in covered container, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth (of cement concrete), using extra cement @ 3Kg/sqm, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopper ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for raking out joints/ pointing in cement mortar to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to bricks laid flats or side in cement mortar 1:4 as in drain/channels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite 18-20 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, vertical surface of wall also and like in 12mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Dholpur stone 16 to 18mm thick cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exc 0.25 sqm area and exc 0.5 sqm fixed with and incluing one number ss clamps (grade-202) of flat 30mmx2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastner, polishinh, rubbing & including silicon treatement over rendering 15mm thick by cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even & fair on brick wall or concrete surface etc including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 96250.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
