M&L for removing old paint from the LT panels / Feeder Box / Pole by paint removers, cleaning by scrapping and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer using spraying machine and writing any description for panels complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing 15 cm deep and getting out including cleaning away all grass vegetation saplings, brush wood under grouting, roots & tree and not exceeding 30 cm girth and removing rubbish to a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of area complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches and creepers which are touching of overhead lines / pole and disposal of timber complete without dismantling of any item complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-routing of LT cables off sizes from 16 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core including taking down in ducts/wall/floor/roof/trusses etc and re-alignment of LT cable, cutting/chassing in wall/duct and re-fixing in concealed position as per site requirement, including replacement of lugs, nut, bolts, washers, saddle clamp etc, including making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for detection of fault through fault locating high voltage mobile machine to locate the fault in underground cable by giving high voltage surge and to find out exact location of fault all as directed at site. Note: The Item includes transportation, fuel charges, charging of machine etc. upto detecting fault at a time. Bidder must quote rate considering the fact that it is solely his responsibility to arrange fault locating machine & he should'nt expect any facilitation from the dept. for the same.

Taking out and reinstalling of LT switchgears / LT Panel / Pole / VCB / Transformer to a distance not more than 5 kms from power house / substation / any place and connecting including casting of suitable PCC foundation etc as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Attending breakdown attributable to faults, flashover in panels or any of the connected transmission system & rectifying it in cable transmission line network upto end connections with panels or any of electrical item connected therein during any hours of a day during the currency of contract by engaging sufficient manpower after receiving communication through Complaint Section / Concerned JE / Engr-in-charge either through teleponic call, text message, email or through messanger 24x7 hrs. Note:- The occurance of fault if any, will be communicated to the contractor and the contractor shall rectify the same within 02 hrs of reporting, failing to which a recovery @ Rs 1000.00 per complaint per day and maximum of Rs. 10,000.00 per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment.

S&F in replacement of aluminium bus bar as per existing size, type and suitable for LT panel 415 Volt including insulator, taping / sleeving of bus bar and all accessories including nut, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
