Repairing of arm eye and stick cylinder eye in equipment no. CK300/B772 of Bokaro OCP, B&K Area, including all material, labor, tools & tackles and plant all complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge Scope of Work 1. Dismantling and removal of damaged of stick cylinders and boom cylinder 2. Carrying out all welding, grinding, dressing, and finishing works for arm and stick cylinder eye 3. Providing Bush and Welding materials 4. Removal of welding slag, burrs, sharp edges, and surface irregularities. 5. Proper fitment, alignment, and fixing of repaired arm and stick cylinder in Equipment No. CK300/B772. 6. Crane (12T) will be departmentally provided.

Repairing of Boom Cylinder and steering cylinder of MC555 12XW Crane of Bokaro OCP, B&K Area, including all material, labor, tools & tackles and plant all complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge Scope of Work 1. Dismantling and removal of damaged of 02 no each of Boom and steering cylinders 2. Providing of seals for each cylinder 3. Replacement of Seal for each cylinder 4. Minor repairing of eye holes for each cylinder in cylinder as well as on crane 5. Proper fitment, alignment, and fixing of repaired Boom and stick cylinder in Equipment No. MC555 Crane

Repairing of hoist cylinders (RH) of Dumper D10304 of Bokaro OCP, B&K Area, including all material, labor, tools & tackles and plant all complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge Scope of Work 1. Dismantling and inspection of Hoist Cylinder (RH) of Dumper D10304 to assess wear and damage. 2. Repairing of worn-out pin housing by build-up welding and restoration to original dimensions. 3. Fitment of pin and correction of race bearing seating area, including fitment of race bearing. 4. Carrying out welding work using alloy welding electrodes (Lomelt-205 or equivalent) and other required consumables. Gas cutting, heating, grinding and surface finishing of repaired portions wherever required. 5. Changing the seal of hoist cylinder to arrest leakage 6. Reassembly, alignment and fitment of the repaired hoist cylinder assembly. 7. Functional checking and testing of the hoist cylinder after completion of repair work. 8. Supply of all materials, labour, tools & tackles, consumables and plant required for successful completion of the work to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. 9. Crane (12T) will be departmentally provided.
