Dismantling of wall/ floor tile including backing coat any description or any thickness led beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured designer concept tiles matching with existing tile 350x250x7 or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick recuing in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Square but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mirror finished vitrified tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 16 to 18 mm thick granite (any type) machine cut laid over cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including mirror polishing and bull nosing edging in any position etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 20-22 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with gray cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for makrana white Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each with shutters (withour taking off shutters from the frame all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick factory made pre laminated flush door shutters, 2 mm finishes in hi-gloss and confirming to IS -2046 and solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 8 to 10mm thick densified reqular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles size 600x600mm including main 'T' runner of size 24x38mm made from 0.33 mm sheet hot deep galvanized steel section making good existing frame without disterbing the other false ceiling with all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick walls or on concrete surfaces including racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement motar 1:3 on ceiling on concrete surfaces, finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement motar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces other than fair face of brick work, finished fair & even without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L new plastered surface applying two coat of acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer and two coat of JK/Birla Cement putty cement base putty all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for new plastered surface of wall and ceiling applying two caotes of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Gunitting work for RCC work as in columns, beam, slab, perapet, chajjas etc by removing/ chipped of all loose concrete on the reinforcement, cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes and reinforcement with sand papers than applying apoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric size not less than 95x95x3 mm on the prepare surfaces and finally applying guniniting 30 to 40 mm thick (average thickness )with presure gun using 1 part of cement and 3 part of coarse cement incl necessary form work where ever required all gunnited surface shall be brought in complete geometric figure even in the guniting opration only complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Necessary sacffolding and saftety precaution are deemed to inclusive the quoted rate by the contracotor. 2. Where new or additional reinforcement is required the same shall be paid for separetaly of this schedule as above.

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement 4coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1white cement 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping complete all as speacified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.(payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Note:- Top layer of shade be of white cement using colouring pigment & stone chipping of desired colour as approved.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supply only water proofing liquid compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink wood primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

S&F in repair one piece square model water closet floor mounted Square Commode (White) S trap - white ceramic western commode (white) shape-Elongated type, size 685x360x720mm weight not less 20 Kg 'S' trap and slim seat cover & fitting as per Cera Cat Part No S1013164 or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair towel rack of size is 600 mm long and 260mm wide of stainless steel fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5 mm consisting of panels of desired sixe stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5 mm thick Prelam PVC Sheet. The panel & strips shall be Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2008 certified Company. The strips should have in their center grove of 6 mm wide and 1 mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertially at an equal interval of 10" between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long MS Screws through the groove in the strips by using PVC fasterners. The distance between two screw shall bot be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a strps of 5 mm thick PVC sheet of width 75 mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement all as specified including dismantling of existing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for MS angle iron as in posts, gate, door frame and struts, window grill in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing with mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 quality-B. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new steel surface exc 10 cm width/girth one coat red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered external wall surfaces and applyiong 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of white was complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

E/M Schedule

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, multi stranded, FRLS copper conductor cable unsheathed in and including PVC conduit with all fittings medium grade ISI Marked and PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm as earth wire, connected to common earth dolly suitable for mounting modular switches including modular metal flush boxes and modular face plate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge, (The works includes cutting of chasis and making good disturbed surfaces and rate deemed to included in quated rate):-

Note The amount of Rs 23297/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 137 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
