G.I. Barbed Wire Fencing 1.2 m high- Providing and fixing 1.2 m high GI barbed wire fencing with 1.8 m RCC posts 150 mm x 150 mm placed every 3 m centre-to-centre founded in M15 grade cement concrete, 0.6 m below ground level, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with 9 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc. complete as per Clause 1705.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 2.6.1) All kinds of soil

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.1.2) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 4.1.3) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 5.22.1) Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: 5.9.1) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 5.1.2) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 13.1.2) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : 13.44.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
