Amount

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. removing same from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced concrete as in roof treatment including removal of existing roof treatment removing all rubbish off the premises as per the direction cleaning throughly washed with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as for padding including mixing with WPC @ 3% complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-before.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on plain cement concrete using water proofing compound @ 2% wt of cement as in roof slab complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after)

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS-2645 and as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in roof with the following courses of treatment: (a) Apply Bituminous primer @ 1.20 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (b) Apply 3mm thick APP Plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyster reinforced (4kg/sqm) with 10 cm over laps at joints and laid with LPG torch over lap sealed and finished neat including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (c) The finished surface be given bituminous based aluminium paint as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of old treated wall surface and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion anti-fungal paint (CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN) over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion (oil bound washable distemper) after preparation old distempered surface of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a layer of 2 mm thick (average thickness) wall care putty over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on wall surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment by rubbing down complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) of area exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc. 4sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.60 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as requiredcomplete all as per specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in holdfast including use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) after preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall built in cement motar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
