Complete removal of existing roof treatment of any description and any thickness of roof slab ,suspended floors, chajjas, landings etc,including cement mortar, bedding (But not backing ) and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge .

M & L cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded agg) 25mm thick as padding in sub floors,Roof slab and Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works on wall / Concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1: 3 complete all as specified and as directed ( With using WPC of 3% of Cement Weight. Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Preparation of surface and applying oil base bituminous primer 0.3 kg per Sqm to concrete surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane, minimum weighing 3.5 kg / sqm and minimum 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound.

M & L for two coat of aluminium paint @200gm/Sqm in two coats above the new untreated APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 13 above but as in skirting/dados over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

M&L for joint free Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles,450X300X 6-7 mm thick in size, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in CM (1:3) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade complete all as specified and as directed.
