Investigation charges for Geophysical survery finding of yeild to the point drilling of Borewell for all etc., complete

Drilling of 150mmm (6”) nominal dia vertical borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu in all formations, suitable for down the hole hammer drilling such as medium hard rock to hard rock formation, consolidated formation etc and drilling over burden to a dia not less than 200mm including insertion of 165 mm PVC casing pipe, couplings caps and other relevant materials required upto the depth as directed by the Engineer or his representative including grouting of cement 25kg (minimum) up to the depth of over burden are including borewell development flushing of borewell at a pressure 7kg/cm2 (100 lb per square inch) including yield test, crew charges, cost of consumables, transportation charges of casing pipes and all other materials including assembling complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer and as stipulated in the technical specification. The entire works should be carried out as per IS 2800 Part I & II / 1979. Finished dia of borewells shall not be less than 145mm

Supplying and fixing of 150mm dia PVC causing Pipe including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc., completed.

Earth work excavation and depositing on the bank with initial lead and lift of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres in hard stiff clay stiff block cotton hard red earth murram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soils (SS 20 B) etc., complete as per standard specification .

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (One cement four sand and eight aggricate) using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing and curing etc complete.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and five sand) mix using best quality of new rough and bond stones including simultaneously pointing curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) mix 12mm thick including cost of all materials and labour including curing charges complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fabrication placing in position of M.S. (or) RTS rods for required size and length as directed by the departmental officers approved design including bending cutting tying and cost of binding wire cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards.
