Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, leveling the bottom surface to required grediant for laying of water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of size 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 but of size 100 mm bore.

All as per item No. 4 but of size 80 mm bore.

All as per item No. 4 but for GI or PPR pipe line of size 40/ 50 mm bore.

Supply and laying Ductile iron pipe or 150mm vore, S/S including specials, Class “K-7”, alighning and jointing with the existing pipe line, in trenches with necessary Rubber Gasket/tightened jointing and jointing material omplete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing 150 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings, laid in floors or trenches omplete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 but of size 100 mm bore.

All as per item No. 11 but of size 80 mm bore.

All as per item No. 11 but of size 50 mm bore.

All as per item No. 11 but of size 40 mm bore.

Supply and fixed in repair 50mm bore dia gun metal gate valve ISI marked cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18 but of size 40 mm bore dia.

All as per item No. 18 but of size 25 mm bore dia.

Supply and fixed in repair cast iron sluice valve for water supply purpose with CI drilled flanged ends (internal cast 150 mm bore class PN 1.6 conforming to IS 780 marked) with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material compete such as rubber packing rings of adequate size and requisite number of nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 21 but of size 100 mm dia bore.

All as per item No. 21 but of size 80 mm dia bore.

S & F in replacement of cast iron air release valve flanged type heavy duty grade single outlet air release valve 25 mm bore and fixed upto 150 mm bore CI/ DI/ GI pipe including suitable adopter, rubber hinged sheet, nut, bolt etccomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair non return valve ISI marked flanged ends with by pass arrangments of size 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 25 but of size 100 mm dia bore.

M&L for construction of stone masonary valve pit sixe 120x120x90 cm (internal dimension) built in cement mortal 1:4 including plastering 20mm thick internally and externally in CM 1:4, PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 15 Cm thick in foundation extending 10cm beyound external faces of wall around, PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B-1 40mm thick, cover made out of 3.15mm thick MS round bar and locking arrangement with lock 2 keys . MS sheet cover shall be painted with two caats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and mixing of calciumbased granular disinfectant for water treatment more stable than clorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder, sodium hypo chloride (paking in 45 Kgs plastic drums as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for checking of leakage at various places including labour for excavation, welding work, returning filling in including requitred material (e.g. lead jointing, rubber gasket, flange, ironing for PPR pipes etc) for DI/CI/GI/PPR 80-150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 here in before but for 40mm-65mm bore pipe all as specified and directed.

Disconnection electric and water supply connection as required, lifting of defective submersible pump set including motor of any type and size from the bore well (along with column pipe) set aside for re-use after repair, transport to the workshop for repair and back complete as directed.

Rewinding of 30/35 HP submersible motor vertical type with suitable size of copper conductor wire complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of 40/52 HP submersible motor vertical type with suitable size of copper conductor wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of submersible pump 15 to 52 Hp by decoupling from motor, transport to the workshop for repair including replacement of Unsv spair parts, made functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge, complete all as specified and directed. (Spare parts will be measured and paid saperatelly under respective item of this Schedule) .

Lowering of submersible pump and motor set alongwith column pipe of any size with including necessary new jointing materials such as rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers, pipe connection, jointing with jointing kit(M-seal), cable connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement, PVC insulated flat submersible cable with copper conductor 3 core 16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 37 but 3 core 10 sqmm.

M & L for taking down electric motor(any make) for the following sizes from foundation with coupling, transportation from site to work shop and back to installation site after repair i.e opening the motor, cutting and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating winding with same class of insulation, supply and replacement of base foundation nuts and bolts as per existing size, re-installing the motor duly aligned, connecting to the pump, testing motor to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge, including demolition of existing PCC bed, provinding new PCC bed in PCC 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as per existing old size, surface finished smooth complete all as specifed and directed:-

Electric motor 3 phase, 415 V capacity 50-60 HP

Electric motor 3 phase, 415 V capacity 30 to 40 HP

M & L for taking down, booster Pump(any make) for the following sizes from foundation with coupling, transportation from site to work shop and back to installation site after repair , replacement of base foundation nuts and bolts as per existing size, re-installing the pump duly aligned and connecting to the motor, testing pump to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge, including demolition of existing PCC bed, provinding new PCC bed in PCC 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as per existing old size, surface finished smooth complete all as specifed and directed (Spare parts shall be measured and paid for seprately) :-

Multistage centrifugal Pump coupled to motor of capacity 40-50 HP Make Seimens/Jyothi/Crompton Greaves/kirloskar and make as per site requirment.

Centrifugal Pump coupled to motor of capacity 50 to 60 HP Make Seimens/Jyothi/Crompton Greaves/kirloskar and make as per site requirment.

Replacement of pump line shaft s/s as existing size and shape complete with sleeve of any make complete all as specified and as directed.

Neck Ring suitable for 50 to 60 HP Pumps

Supply and replace pumpset coupling made out of mild stell

Impllers as per existing suitable for 100 HP Pumpset .

Supply and fix in replacement of Borewell Submersible Pump of capacity 30 HP and 22.5 KW, Head range 132-90 metre with flow range 540-1050 LPM, 3 Phase, 440 Volt, 50Hz, 150mm outlet submersible pump complete all as specified and directed. Make; CG/Kirloskar/CRI

M&L dewatering, cleaning of reservoirs with high pressure jet complete all as directed in six stages cleaning process as under for the following capacity water storage tanks/reservoir (i) Dewatering the tank with portable submersible pump set with flow rate of 30,000 ltrs per hr. (ii) Removal of left over dirty water including sludge with special sludge removal pump set having capacity up to 1.7 lakh ltrs per hr. (iii) Cleaning of wall ceiling and floor by high pressure rotary water jet with the help of German equipment which create pressure of 80-120psi. (iv) Removing of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vaccum cleaner. (v) Spraying of non toxic biodegraded eco friendly anti bacterial agent certified by a Govt approved lab to disinfect the tank from harmful pathogens. The dose utilise should be as per OECD guide No 432. (vi) Treatment of inside tank by exposing UV radiation to kill the suspended or floating bacterial remaining in the tank.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 76,800.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
