Dismantling of existing SAC unit , along with indoor & outdoor unit,copper piping, cable stand etc as reqd.

Transportation of split AC unit with complete accessories i/c loading & unloading up to 25km in Lucknow.

I.T.C. of 1.5 TR split AC unit i/c fixing of copper tubes covered with foam insulation in PVC flexible pipe, bending, brazing and leakage testing, laying/fixing of exisitng copper conductor cable, drain piping laying work etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of copper refrigerant pipe with foam insulation of following size etc complete as required. (a) 1/4"

Supplying and fixing of copper refrigerant pipe with foam insulation of following size etc complete as required. (b) 1/2"

S/charging of refrigerant gas for in the refrigerant circuit of existing SAC unit, vacumising and leak testing etc as reqd

Carrying out Wet Servicing of 1.5TR / 2TR Window / Split AC unit i/c removing, cleaning all components and filters, de-dusting by high pressure air blower, washing condenser, evaporator i/c chemical cleaning (if required), refixing, tightening electrical connections, minor repairs, if required, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd.

Charging of refrigerant gas in split air conditioner complete with carrying out leak testing of 1.5TR/ 2 TR Split AC units with nitrogen gas including flushing the system, brazing/flaring the leak points, vacumising, purging and making the system leak proof i/c transportation of nitrogen cylinder, brazing kit & vacuum pump, supplying & charging of refrigerant gas at site, testing & commissioning etc as required.

Replacement of faulty /defective 1.5 TR capacity compressor with new Sealed compressor i/c dismantling of faulty compressor, cutting refrigerant piping, brazing & making necessary addition/alteration i/c proper mounting on base plate, connection of suction and discharge lines, Leak test , supplying & charging required qty. refrigerant gas i/c testing commissioning etc as reqd.(M/s Emerson/Tecumseh/SS make) (Note - The firm shall submit test certificate or documentary proof towards purchase of New/OEM factory repaired compressor.) The defective compressor shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory)

Replacement of faulty damaged Condenser Fan Motor for Split AC unit in existing window / split AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory).

Replacement of faulty damaged Indoor Fan Motor for Split AC unit in existing window / split AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory).

Replacement of faulty damaged Blower in existing window / split AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory).

Repairing of faulty damaged PCB assembly main in existing split AC units including removal of faulty spares, etc., complete as required.

Replacement of faulty damaged 5-32 A DP MCB C-series in existing window / split AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory).

Replacement of faulty damaged Fan blade in existing window / split AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required.(NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory).

Replacement of choked / faulty 20 mm dia PVC drain pipe in recess or on surface for drainage of split AC units i/c connections etc complete as reqd.

Replacement of faulty 50mfd running capacitor with new one for split / window type AC unit complete as required

Replacement / supplying & laying of 3 x 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor unarmoured cable of 1.1KV Grade on surface/wall i/c making connections, testing etc complete as reqd. (ISI Make)

Visit charges AC mechanic to individual site anywhere within Lucknow district including checking the all airconditions installed in the premises of particular site, providing detailed report including attending minor defects if any. (Note - For rectification of faults after site visit, no additional visit charges are allowed)
