Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cable, pole foundation, etc including taking out old brick cable protection cover and getting out forming bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m deep for foundation of poles/ stays/ cable etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with fine sand for cable protection laid in trenches 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness as laid down in SSR Part I shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour brick protection layer for cables laid in trenches using sub-class ‘B’ bricks laid dry width wise acrose the line of cable (perpendicular to the direction of cable) complete all as specified and directed.

The panel board shall be made of 3.15 thick CRCA/MS sheet (Min size 1.6 m x 1.35 m x 0.6 m ) duly powder coated with pure polyester based paint on both externally and internally. The panel have to provide proper compartment as per IS specification and wiring of panel with suitable size of copper conductor FRLS cable not less than 2.5 Sqmm , thimbles including cable entry glands, all as directed. Supply , installation, testing and commissioning factory made LT bus bar panel board cubical, out door type, floor mounted double door, 3 phasse 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 volts IP- 65 the panel board shall be made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members shall be powder coated both side. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50x50x6 mm, duly grouted on PCC plareform of size (0.8mx0.8m) made of brick work in CM (1:4), including 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 600mm including digital type ampere meter (0-400 Amp) and volt meter(0-500 volts). The panel board shall be ssuitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with and comprising of the following :- (i) Epoxy insulated 200 Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bas bar including aluminium lugs to conect the cable. (ii) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA-01 No (For main Incomming)

M&L Cross arms bracings, supported clamps and back plates, fabricated from structual steel sections, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including necessary welding bending cold or hot inclusive of nuts, bolts, washers and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing LT Pre-stressed concrete pole 9.0 metres long of cross section 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class 10 complying with requirement of IS 1678-1978 incl painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint/over a coat of primer in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC as directed (PCC and earth work shall be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation and Fixing LT Cable junction box shall be made out of Thermoplastic Polycarbonate and size should be not less than 200mm x 160mm x 98 mm(upto Cable Size 16/25sq.mm). The Polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive,IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529,Weatherproof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of JB shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The JB Colour according to RAL 7035. The Junction Box shall be with four side screw and they will be sealable without any accessories. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall be submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade & Terminal Stud with Current Carrying Capacity upto 63Amps. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector including MCB SP, 6 Amp and Chromium plated clamps, suitable Cable Gromets and nut bolts and complete all accessories. Make : Cat Part :- KM 9250 of Hensel/Siemens/Schneider/ABB. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB

Supply & fixing 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible cable, 1100 volts grade for connection from Junction Box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying concealed Rigid non-metallic, ISI marked, PVC conduit 20mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concreted (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles filling and mass concreting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concreted (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation of pole/ stay assembly/feeder pillar box/LT panel,etc, incl necessary form work and fair finsh to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concreted (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/ struts/ etc including necessary form work, fair finished surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing stay assembly comprising of galvanised stay bow 40 cm long, 14 mm dia complete with 20 mm dia stay rod of 215 cm long with threaded ends and GI nut, two numbers thimbles, MS clamps made out of 40 x 6mm flat iron including nuts, bolts & washers, 300 x 300 x 6 mm stay plate, including painting of exposed MS work with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as shown in electrial plate No 1 of SSR Part-I. Note: Necessary earth work, loop type insulator and stay strand shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of schedule/BOQ complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of galvanised stay strand 7/4 mm size, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F shackle type porcelain viterous white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 V of 90 mm dia and 75 mm height etc incl galvanised mild steel straps made out of flat iron 31 mm incl 12 mm dia bolts, nuts, washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of different sizes incl jointing and stritching for over head lines on LT poles including binding, jumpers, line taps etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white brown of green of size 90mm x 140 mm and clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.
