Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles , stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and exc. 1.50 m in depth but not exc 3.0 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable and gentally hand ramming and consolidation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm thick after punning.

M & L for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers / protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts and screw as specified, type 410 SP-31, 9.0 Metre long Swan Neck Type complete including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zine chrome primer and all internal surfaces & external surfaces in contract with concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint and painting of bottom portion of the pole upto 0.75m from top of the copping with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work and PCC foundation/base shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Sxhedule 'A')

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 16 Sqmm nominal cross section x 4 core complete all as specifed and as directed. Makes of cable : Finolex/Polycab/ Havells/Grandlay.

Supply and fixing pole mounted junction box/bus bar chamber for loop connection of street light cable of size 295x195x100 mm with four nos alluminium bus bar of 63 amps capacity on hydrograpic insulator fixed on steel/ PCC pole with suitable two flat iron clamp 25x4mm with nuts and bolts (duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer) and dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT out door type factory made CPRI Approved ,feeder piller box of size 700mmX500mmX400mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical legs frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of LT Aerial bunch cable on existing steel/PCC poles with XLPE insulated LT Aerial Bunch cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of cross section area 150 sqmm X 3 core + 16 sqmm X 1 core with insulated messenger cum neutral conductor of size 95 sqmm X 1 core including all fixing accessories such as suspension clamp, piercing connector, dead end etc complete all as specifed and as directed. Makes of cable : Finolex/Polycab/ Havells/Grandlay.

Supply, fixing and testing of LT Aerial bunch cable on existing steel/PCC poles with XLPE insulated LT Aerial Bunch cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of cross section area 95 sqmm X 3 core + 16 sqmm X 1 core with insulated messenger cum neutral conductor of size 70 sqmm X 1 core including all fixing accessories such as suspension clamp, piercing connector, dead end etc complete all as specifed and as directed. Supply and erecting steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-31 (9 meter long) complete, Including disconnecting and taking out old damage PCC pole all as directed. Note Excavation & Earth work and PCC foundation/base shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ.

M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer for fixing flood light complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing pole mounted junction box/bus bar chamber for connection of single phase service connection of size 400x300x190 mm with 63 amps alluminium 4 nos busbar wrapped with PVC sleeves and maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with GI nuts, bolts & washers for connections and mounted on hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sintex , Cat No: GSJB4030 or equivalent model of Hensel/Rittel.

Supply and fixing pole mounted junction box/bus bar chamber for loop connection of street light cable of size 240x130x95 mm with 2 nos 32 amps aluminium busbar wrapped with PVC sleeves and maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with GI nuts, bolts & washers for connections and mounted on hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar and suitable arrangement for fixing one no MCB complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sintex , Cat No: GSJB2817 or equivalent model of Hensel/Rittel.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing high wall split units indoor and outdoor complete unit with cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with PM 2.5 filter, BEE 5 Star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR (Ton of refrigeration) including metal wall hunger of suitable size for fixing outdoor unit at wall complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Out of two runs of cable, one runs of earth wire & one runs of PVC conductor shall be measured as one unit.
