Taking down Chowkhats with shutters without taking of shutter from the frame of any description not exceeding 1.50 Sq. m each, and making good the disturbed Surface in CM 1:4 & finished with similar specification as exists, complete all as specified.

Taking down Chowkhats with shutters without taking of shutter from the frame of any description exceeding 1.50 Sq. m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq. m each, and making good the disturbed Surface in CM 1:4 & finished with similar specification as exists, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, shape, quality or any description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/ spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer in roofs pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs any thickness including mud plastering (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removal the same outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including preparation of dismantled surface to receive tiles, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work, stone masonry built in cement mortar including arches, pillars etc and excluding precast concrete article all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings at any height, complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling and floor etc., including removal from site, complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling, and floor etc., including removal from site, complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earths or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface complete all as specified.

PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) in apex stones, bed plates , kerb or mud stop etc including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6), using old size bricks, complete all as specified.

Pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges (mild steel butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, 100 mm, ISI marked), lock strike plate, etc., with and including back filling PCC (1:3:6), type C-0, complete as specified.

Factory made solid PVC double door frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm Plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube, suppling & fixing in opening, complete all as specified.

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screwwithdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid separately.

Factory made shutter, 35 mm thick, 2nd class hardwood (Hollock/Sal) rail and style, plain framed, paneled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part-I) and as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24(a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified.

35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood (Hollock/Sal) skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive wire cloth, glass etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, wire cloth etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24(a), complete all as specified.

Mild steel butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, 100 mm, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

150 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, complete all as specified.

150 mm extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised, complete all as specified.

250 mm long aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolt and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy complete.

Factory made steel windows with side hung shutter, box type hinges, steel handle 125mm long (fabricated of Z-Section & welded/riveted to shutter in lieu of locking handle), steel peg stay, 2 Nos. tower bolts 100mm on each leaf duly welded, complete with glazing bars, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply & fixing of sheet glass shall be measured and paid separately.

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width or aperture 1.40 mm and fixed to steel frame with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples or fixed to wooden frames with first class hard wood bead, complete all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made 11 to 15mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n.exc 5cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10mm complete all as specified.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured),fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, weight n. less than 4.0 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note. Fixing shall be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size with GI wire including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round barbs 10 mm dia and over for securing chain link fencing cut to length bent to shape required incl binding bolting etc complete confirming to (on firming to FE 410-S), complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as roof in covering and cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Colour of sheets shall be approved by GE.

20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) on roof top, after propertly cleaning of the surface and filling neat cement slurry in cracks, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified

80 mm thick average consolidated thickness, mud phuska on flat roofs including 25mm thick mud plaster but excluding leeping plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

40 mm thick brick tiles laid on roof and jointed and grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska, complete all as specified.

All as per description of item No. above but except tiles. Note:- Serviceable tiles obtained from dismantling of brick tiles shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Water proofing treatment consisting evenly applied primer coat @ 0.30 litre/ Sq. m on surfaces, overlaps, joints etc and a layer of APP polymer 3mm thick even membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/ Sq.m duly sealed at over laps joints with flame (complete by torch application) all as per manufacturer's instructions, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Polymod AP of M/S Chokesy chemicals/ SIKA/ Multiplas- M/S Texas/ Super Thermolay of M/S STP Ltd ./ Tikitar/ Hyperplas Polyester of M/S IWL. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

40 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, as in flooring finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.138 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

Machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick (of size not less than 55 cm x 55 cm) as in flooring with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement screed (1:4) base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), complete all as specified.

Machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in skirting, over and including 15 mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:4), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), complete all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x25mm thick, machine pressed, rubber moulded different coloured glossy finished, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified

25 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in flooring finished even & rough to receive the bedding mortar, complete all as specified.

First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

First quality, glazed ceramic designer pattern coloured tiles, 6-7 mm thick of size 450 mm x 300 mm, fixed in pattern to wall (combination of dark and light colour with border) in skirting, dado with set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 10 mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:20 slope as in plinth protection including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.

100 mm thick, PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in sub base, finished the surface even & fair, complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified.
