UPGRADATION OF HT ELECTRIC SUPPLY FOR UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY INCLUDING HT METERING CUBICLE AT HASIMARA MIL STATION UNDER GE (S) BINNAGURI

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for taking out / laying cables / pipes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in cable trenches with river washed coarse sand for UG cable 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm including streatching the cable, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punned thickness 18 cm shall be considered for payment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

M&L for factory made precast concrete cable cover of class HV, Type-I of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete with jointing material and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe light grade of size 80 mm bore with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories like nut bolt & washers, M.S clamps of size 25 x 5 mm etc complete for protection of cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to panels / transformer/ stablizer all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron medium grade pipe 40 mm dia. and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade PCC pit with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C -1 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protection of earth wire. (iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends , elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quioted rate. (iv) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length earth GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm.
