Supply of Diesel Generator set of rated capacity 62.5 kva with water cool engine, 3-phase Altanator & AMF control panel complete with all accessories.(Make- KOEL/GREAVES POWER)

Carrying charges of above D.G. set with Co's own tools,tackles,devices etc as per direction.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of higher rating of 2 nos 62.5 kva DG set with AMF control panel.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Morrum Soil)

Earthing with 50 mm dia, ISI-Medium GI pipe of 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as per GS.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

S & F of exhaust piping shall be held from Silencer onwards to the terrace for discharging entire exhaust gas. The piping and silencer shall be insulated fibre glass white wool. The insulation shall be held in position with galvanized steel wire mesh and neatly finish with 26SWG Al. Cladding M.S. pipe (65 mm dia) shall be class B.

S & F of special type MS angle iron bracket support made of 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS angle with flat iron clamp with necessary fitting materials for fixing clamp for 65 mm dia Exhaust pipe.

S & Delivery of 4 x 35 sq. mm. PVC/A Al cable. (Havells/ Polycab/KEI)

Laying of cable 4 x 35 sq. mm. PVC/A Al cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry for 4 core 35 sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cable.

Finishing of the 4 core 35 sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc.

Shade for Silent DG, roof by GI sheet after dismantling the existing structure and extend the existing room by means of brick & plastering works incl. rough foundation of DG by brick as per direction of E.I.C.
