Dismantling and taking down security light/flood light fitting of any wattage or size from pole or high mast lights for repair, checking all wiring and serviceability of all components, repairing of minor faults of any type or replacing burnt/ un-serviceable accessories, refixing at the same or different location complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Replacement of burnt and un serviceable items shall be measured and paid separetly.

S&F in replacement electronic driver suitable for LED fittings 45 watts any type and make (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement electronic driver suitable for LED fittings 90 watts any type and make (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement surge protection device 10 kv any type and make (as per sample) all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of poles by sanding, scratching etc, priming surface with red oxide primer , applying two coats of aluminium paint including painting the poles with alternate layer of 30 cm, white and green paint with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr above from the coping and writing pole No complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED street light 45W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing, power coated pressure die cast aluminimum housing, IP 65 protection, high power LED street light with heat resistent toughened glass lens and making electrical connections with twin core twisted copper conductor flexible copper wire of suitable size from street light to junction specified and as directed. Notes:- 1. Driver shall be potted antivibration type. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours 3. CRI (Colou Rendring Index) of fixture shall be > 70. 4. CCT (Colout Correlated Temprature of fixture shall be 5700K ± 300 K. 5. System Lumen Efficacy shall be > 100Lm/W 6. 10 KV separate Surge Protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. PCB used shall be MC PCB type 8 The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintaince required, if any can be carried out from Top cover.

S&F in replacement junction box, water proof, outdoor type made out of SMC of exterenal dimensions 250 x 250 x 105 mm, single door type hinged with locking arrangement front operated with one number MCB 06 Amps capacity for housing 3 phase and neutral busbar including connecting the incoming/outgoing cables including cable glands and fixed to the existing poles with mild steel clamp flat of size 25 mm x 4 mm with nut, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for PVC insulated PVC sheathed multicore flexible copper cable conductor of 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS-694/2010 of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core including necessary drilling on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting incomimg/outgoing cable of LT panel and cleaning, servicing and remove any type dust, corbon on MCCBs reconnecting same cable after all processing of replacing of MS/CRCA sheet where ever required , door higes/door locing arrangements and complete scrubing the LT panel and painting with two coats of enamelled paint , refinshing paint of approved colour over one coat of red oxide including cutting bushes,levelling the area around LT panel etc including surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and average 15cm deep and geting out roots etc and removing from site not less than 50mtrs and surface dressing with PCC work (1:4:8) all as specified and directed . Note :- MS /CRCA sheet,MS but hinges,MS door sliding door bolts(locking system) , MS angle will measured separetly.

Repair and maintenance of LT panel denting and welding works for re-sahaping the dameged portion of panel by manual process all as specified and directed.

Supply and welded in repairs, cold rolled mild steel butt hinges medium weight, 100mm long complete all as specified and directed

Supply and welded in repairs, mild steel sliding door bolt (loking system) 250mm long complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement for LT panel door fabricated from suitable size of thick MS /CRCA sheet cutting , bending welding and smooth surface finishing size suitable for existing panel.Mild steel plain, black sheet in wall cladding , steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes , punched , including round headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams , including bending or turning up , mitred angles etc. as required size of existing door complete all as specified and directed..

Lifting existing LT panel by help of hydro machine operated with manual from below ground level including shifting on other place and again lifting the panel for landing the same old places after completion of all work, all as specified and directed. Note :- MS angle iron, excavation for trenches , laying of cable, returning filling of cable, removal of soli will measured separetly.

Dismantling and Material and labour in replacement for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out LT cable,1100 volts grade heavy duty,aluminium conductor of any size up to 25 sq mm from trench/cable duct/through wall/pole carefully, removing defective length and stacking aside for re use or for taking credit to contractor all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and other earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.
