CIVIL WORK

Supplying and fixing RCC fencing post of size 15cm x 15 cm at top and bottom, 2.10m long with RCC 1:2:4(One cement, two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement, finishing, curing, aligning in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers.

Supplying and fixing chain link fencing of size 2”x2” using 10 Gauge Galvanised iron wire tying with the RCC fencing post as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling Brick / stone masonry in cement mortar walls for any thickness of wall under 3M height and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered, rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth within the godown or inside compound in places shown with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. Clearing, leveling the site, shoring, strutting, bailing of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4(one cement, two sand and four aggregate)using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and laying of ready mix for RCC M15 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 – 2000 using ordinary Portland cement with minimum cement content o 300 kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 – 1970 (2007) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming tp IS 456 – 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 11991959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 -1987 (2004) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 – 1979 (usual admixture – Air entraining & water reucing ) including the cost of hire charges for pump na pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer – in charge vibraors, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 – 2000, 4031 – (Part 3 & 6 )/ 1988 (2005) & (Part 2) / 1999 (2004) and 516 /1959 (2004), 4926 – 1976 (1990), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other Ok cards. Excluding the cost of form works, centering and shuttering placed in position etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5(one cement, five sand) using best quality Country bricks of size 8" 3/4"x4 ¼ x 2 ¾ “ for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50 kg of cement used, cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50 kg of cement used, cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the flooring with vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the flooring with self design Colour Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with colour printed Design glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing white glazed European water closet of approved best quality and make with 100mm P or S trap connecting with CI pipe of 10mm dia/PVC pipe of 110mm dia with double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with C.P brass hinges,including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws,etc.,including supplying and fixing10 litres/12.5 litres of capacity PVC low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets,etc.,complete with all internal fittings such as 15mm brass ball valve wuth polythene float with brasshandle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using Indian adopter joint including all internal fittings etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make PVC Water Tank of 500 litres capacity confirming to ISI standards as directed by the departmental officers including cost of material and conveyance charges of material to work site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of 110mm dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

75mm dia PVC pipe

Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 32mm dia of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 25mm dia of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyviny Chloride ) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash an outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fized to the wall the 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and fixing of UPVC (Up-plasticized poly vinyl choloride) louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/ 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi colored chamber section with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour ) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiation pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided to the louvers. The Ventilator should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws silicon packing allround the frames. The Ventilator should got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

ALUMINIUM VENTILATOR Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position aluminum anodized natural colour matt finish louvered ventilator of size 600 mm x 600 mm with outer frame section with 62 x 38 x 2 mm at 1.174 Kg / m and the louvered with moving arrangements made with alluminium channel of size 60 x 30 x 4 mm at 1.274 Kg / m alluminium clips 19.05 x 17.27 / 11.05 x 0.075 mm at 0.169 Kg / m with necessary 4 mm thick plain glass panel for louvers including cost of all materials, labour and power required for fabrications, chipping dismantling making holes in RCC masonry and made good to the original condition after fixing etc complete. The alluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI Specification 1868 / 1962 for anodic film thickness of not less than 15 micron etc complete.

Supplying and fixing Brass Chromium platted Towel Rail 600mm Long and 20mm diameter with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs, CP Screws etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing best approved best quality Procelain CP soap tray of size 150x150mm including cost of teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The soap tray should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position CP shower rose with CP stop cock arrangement of size 15mm dia inlet and 100mm outlet to the pipe line with necessary cutting, threading and jointing using shellac etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers. (The CP shower rose should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position CI Nahini Trap / Floor Trap of sizes 100x75mm with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) and finished with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun metal Gate Valve / Wheel Valve of 32mm dia with ISI make including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make confirming to IS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S.screws shall be paid separately) 30mm thick.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Frame size 65x100mm.

Painting the walls with two coats ready mixed interior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

(Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Providing cement concrete ring of size 0.90M dia at the required depth the charges including transportation, labour charges, fixing, pointing etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing tank cover of size 0.90M dia of best approved quality including raising the elevated portion around the cover with cement mortar 1:3 and plastered with cement mortar 1.5, 12mm thick etc., complete.

Drilling of bore well of 150 mm dia including transportation from the place with in the above district in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of ckay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc by first taking pilot of 140mm/150mm/200mm dia and the enlarging to required dia by direct or revise rotary mud circulation method using contractor’s rig fuel labour drilling betonies mud and water required for the drilling at the site shown by the departmental officers upto 60M depth ending below ground level.

Reaming from 140/150mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the departmental officers upto 6M depth ending below Ground level.

Supplying PVC casing pipe (with slot) 0f 160 mm dia plain pipe in 3M length each as per ISI 12818 / 1982 to suit deep bore for delivery at site including loading and unloading, freight, transit insurance etc., complete.

Charges for developing the bore well for entire depth with suitable air compressor of 300RPM capacity (minium 8 hrs) including the transportation labour and fuel charges for conmpressor and directed by the departmental officers and conducting yield test by "V" notch methods, excluding the cost of bore charges and conveyance charges of handle boring.

Supplying and fixing PVC bore well end cap of size 160/168mm dia of approved quality as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing 32mm dia HDPE pipe for bore to connect the submersible bore etc., complete.

Supply, laying and run of 2 of 7/20 PVC sheathed aluminum cable with polythene wire 10 guage stay wire etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing the Nylon Rope to connect the submersible motor in borewell etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 5 HP of approved brand limit compressor pump with motor accessories started main switch, panel board etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 3 Phase Panel Board including labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
