Supplying and fixing chain link fencing of size 2”x2” using 10 Gauge Galvanised iron wire tying with the RCC fencing post as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling Brick / stone masonry in cement mortar walls for any thickness of wall under 3M height and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered, rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth within the godown or inside compound in places shown with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. Clearing, leveling the site, shoring, strutting, bailing of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4(one cement, two sand and four aggregate)using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and laying of ready mix for RCC M15 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 – 2000 using ordinary Portland cement with minimum cement content o 300 kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 – 1970 (2007) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming tp IS 456 – 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 11991959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 -1987 (2004) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 – 1979 (usual admixture – Air entraining & water reucing ) including the cost of hire charges for pump na pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer – in charge vibraors, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 – 2000, 4031 – (Part 3 & 6 )/ 1988 (2005) & (Part 2) / 1999 (2004) and 516 /1959 (2004), 4926 – 1976 (1990), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other Ok cards. Paving the flooring with vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the flooring with self design Colour Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with colour printed Design glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 25mm dia of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyviny Chloride ) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash an outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fized to the wall the 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and fixing of UPVC (Up-plasticized poly vinyl choloride) louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/ 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi colored chamber section with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour ) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiation pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided to the louvers. The Ventilator should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws silicon packing allround the frames. The Ventilator should got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

ALUMINIUM VENTILATOR Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position aluminum anodized natural colour matt finish louvered ventilator of size 600 mm x 600 mm with outer frame section with 62 x 38 x 2 mm at 1.174 Kg / m and the louvered with moving arrangements made with alluminium channel of size 60 x 30 x 4 mm at 1.274 Kg / m alluminium clips 19.05 x 17.27 / 11.05 x 0.075 mm at 0.169 Kg / m with necessary 4 mm thick plain glass panel for louvers including cost of all materials, labour and power required for fabrications, chipping dismantling making holes in RCC masonry and made good to the original condition after fixing etc complete.
