Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil, including removal of excavated earth upto a distance 500m from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc area 10Sqm and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete and as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, plinth beam and similar work fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC (Design mix) M-25 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts,plinth beams, footings for columns and below stone set flooring etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto 10mm, as in spacers and stirrups complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
