M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and apply two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here in before but for ceiling complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall all as per item No 1.00 here-in-before and apply one coat of cement base paint on wall including curing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one of chalk whiting primer on wall including complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 but one coat of oil bound distemper on wall surfaces.

M&L for applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer applied over 1mm thick super fine Birla or altek wall care putty finish including complete removal of existing treatment and preperation of old/new surfaces preparing the surfaces even and smooth.

Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion painting over a coat of alkali resistant primer including complete removal of existing surfaces inclduing scafolding upto 15M ht and preparation of old/new surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth of wood and wood based surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8.00 above but applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10.00 above but applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of MS roof sheet of any description and in any position over 10cm grith or width and applying one coat of anit corrosive synthetic enamel/coptic green paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of MS roof sheet of any description and in any position over 10cm grith or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel/coptic green paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer where ever required including removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description, thickness on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers of 10mm each using WPC @ of 3% weight of cement in finishing layer on brick or concrete surfaces finished ever & smooth (WPC for finishing layer will be paid separately as supply only).

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surfaces in ceilings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including comices, pillasters and other wall features.
