Material and labour for desludging / desilting of underground sedimentation reservoir of 150000 Gallons capacity by draining out water / sludge from tank, removing all scales, dirt, algae and other growths from floor, roof, inside of tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes by rubbing with wire brushes and high pressure cleaning method with rotary sets with approved detergents and sucking out all dirty water by vacuum cleaners, disinfecting the tank with approved chemical solution using at the rate of 0.20kg / sqm for making surface bacteria free and finally cleaning with fresh water to the satisfaction of Engineer - in- Charge including painting MS plates manhole covers, suction pipes, rugs, etc. with two coats of anticorrosive paint and writing outside the tank as TANK CLEANED on_______and capacity _______ on black painted surface including removing all dirt outside land to a distance exc.50 mts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not excedding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for exposing of pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, fix and jointing steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised iron with all fittings such as Tees, elbows, sockets, bends, unions, shortpieces, nipples, brass nuts and diminishing pieces complete all as per IS 1239 including fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in floor with suitable size GI clamps including taking down existing GI pipe and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following sizes: Make: Tata / Jindal / Surya Prakash / Zenith

Supply, lay and jointing new DI pipe of 80mm bore (Ductile iron pipe DN 80), spigot and socket ends, class K-7 with rubber gasket (Tyton) joint in any length, laid in trenches in proper alignment etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: Rubber gasket joints (tyton), specials such as bends/tappers/tee/cross of any type and size and earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately. Material and labour for rubber gasket (tyton) joint for DI/CI pipe of 80mm bore etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting of DI/CI pipe 80 mm bore and reducing to required length in position complete with insertion of new Tee, tail pieces, reducers valves etc and including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Specials such as Tee, tail pieces, reducers valves etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes & fixed including taking down existing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following sizes: Make: Kirloskar / Zoloto / Kartar / Upadhaya / Leader / BIR

Supply, fix, joint and testing 80mm bore Cast Iron Sluice Valve heavy duty, with stainless steel spindle, PN 1.0 with iron wheel head jointing, coupling both ends for cast iron pipes including nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets etc including taking down old unserviceable Sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fix CI /DI fittings such as spigot socketed pipe bends only (any type radius and angle), tappers any type (Straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot ) collars, caps and plugs up to 150 mm dia including taking down existing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches and removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for construction of new valve chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm ( Internal size) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete 100mm thick, 15cm offset, 230mm thick brick work in CM 1:6 with 10 mm thick rendering internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in coping, 6 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement, fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angles complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red zinc chrome primer on all metal surfaces & three coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chambers etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs water pressure gauge of the range 0 to 10kg/cm2 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed stop), HDPE, triple layered with ISI marked of 2000 ltrs capacity with inlet & outlet connections, tank nipple, bends, sockets etc, hoisted and fixed in position including taking down existing unserviceable PVC water tank (any capacity) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
