| 1 | Maintenance of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees etc., in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming hedges and when required including running lawn mover at regular interval, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at KKM dumping yards shown by the department, watering the trees inside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Materials required for maintaining the lawn as per consumable material Annexure-A at 2 spell annually and it is compulsory to provide each lot once in six months and one lot to be provided at initial stage within 15 days from the date of issue of work order Note: 1.The rate shall also include cost of all tools, water delivery hose required for gardening etc., 2.The contractors shall engage minimum 20nos. of man power daily. Unskilled female - 16nos. and Unskilled male - 4nos. Failure to comply with the minimum attendance of labour will attract penal charge specified as per Technical specification of contract attached with the tender (If required). Contactor should pay minimum wages as per Chief Labour Commissioner (C) order No:
F.No.1 / 6 (3) / 2025-LS-II dated 25.09.2025 w.e.f. 01.10.2025 (or) latest order.
3. Contractor has to submit proof of payment of PF before raising RA bills.
4. Online payment of minimum wages through Bank Account must be ensured before clearing any bills.
5. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for Lawn Movers coveniences, charge for disposing grass and vegetation and cost of fuel. If departmental lawn movers is available it will be provided by department on chargeable basis. 6. If lawn mover is not used, then recovery at the rate of 20Paise/Sq.m.
