Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Neat cement punning

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

Two or more coats

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Water thinnable cement primer.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification.

One or more coats on old work.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the samemembrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm.

Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :

a) 3 mm thick

Painting with aluminium paint (reflective paint on APP sheet)of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: a) One or more coats

Racking of joints in cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing including filling the joints with Master Seal NP 472 of FOSROC or equivalant as per the manufacturers specifications and as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Providing and pointing of tile joints with MYK LATICRETE SP-100 tile joint up to 2mm depth by removing existing damaged/loosened white cement from joints to arrest leakage as directed by engineer in charge.

Dismantling existing aluminium partitions, doors and other frames including proper numbering, loading and unloading,stacking and placing at the required place in the building as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . (Area of partition is measured for payment)

Fixing of aluminum partitions and doors after making required sections as per the drawing with available material of aluminum sections , particle board, glass panels, neoprene gasket and snap on beading including fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc, aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight , mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required all complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (The available material as above on as is where is basis in stacked condition wiil be supplied by the departement at no cost. Finished area of partition is measured for payment. (Neoprene gasket shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing of EPDM rubber beading/neoprene gasket for fixing glass panes in aluminium partations.

Providing and supplying of 50mm Iron pad locks with 6 levers & 3 keys of Sheel manufacturer or equivalent quality.

Carting out of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled, excavated or waste materials by mechanical means,through private carrier including lifting, loading, transporting, unloading to municipal dumping ground beyond 50 m initial lead,or in any other compound as decided by the Engineer-in-charge, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying of wooden flooring of interlocking double click system (Glue less installation) of each plank size 1215mmX196mm and thickness is 8.0mm with High Density Fibre board with an average density >880kg/cum and top surface is of Melamine Impregnated DecorativeFilm, protected by Aluminium Oxide Abrasive Overlay. Bottom surface is Balancing Film for Dimensional Stability and the grading of AC4/32 - EN 13329 compliance of approved brand "Beyond Floor" or equivalent as per approved manucturer including providing and laying of approved foam sheet at bottom surface etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying of wooden beading at joints of existing wooden flooring to new wooden flooring wherever required etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and replacing MS powder coated friction hinges AC9201 250 mm size to the existing side/ top hung seccolor windows of approved quality, with necessary stainless steel screws etc.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Each pair of hinges is measured as one job.
