Material and labour for provision of Aluminum anodized frame work (snap grid) as in false ceiling of size 605x605mm including supply and fixing 4mm thick gypsum board in ceiling size 600x600mm fixed to aluminium snap grid and including dismantling old ceiling board or insulation boads/slabs any thickness including cover fillets, consisting of followings -i) Aluminum sections incorporated in frame work shall conform to designation 63400 given in IS: 737-1986. ii) The snap grid shall consist of aluminium anodized main /cross tee of size 36.5mmx25mmx1.0mm thick and 25mm x 25mm x1.0mm thick, respectively. iii) Snap grid frame shall be fixed to ceiling with and including supporting hangers consisting of 4mm dia mild steel GI wire. iv) The main and cross tees shall be jointed at junction/crossings with aluminium anodized angle bracket of size 15mmx15mmx1.0mm thick, fixed with suitable mild steel bolts, nuts and washers all as per manufacturer’s instructions. v) The snap grid (main/cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with aluminium anodized angle of size 25mmx25mmx1.0 mm thick. vi) Size of the snap grid shall be 605mm by 605mm. vii) Minimum average thickness of anodizing shall be 15 micron complete all as specified.

Supply and fix for 6mm thick fibre cement corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts , bituminous washers including dismantling old sheets any discription incl ridge etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pastern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.63mm thick plain galvanised, MS sheeting as in ridges, crumple section, hips, valley gutters, drips and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding, ridges, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debries to a distance not exc 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 for filling in sunken floor (using 40 mm gradded crushed stone agg ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2;4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75mm thick padding to required slop in sunken floor , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on concrete surfaces of roof, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC padding 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) average thickness 25mm finished fair and even wihout using extra cement on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on concrete surfaces of roof, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under res item of BOQ ).

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete surfaces and applying priming coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed by evenly a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm of 85/25 grade industrial bitumen, over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane non-woven polyester reinforced of weight not less than 3 kg per Sqm unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat 85/25 grade industrial bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top surfaces with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.200 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.(Note- work shall be carried by Company authorised representative)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound (BIS/ISI marked on packing)complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap, ISI marked, suitable for 100mm bore CI spun pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair standard kit of PVC internal fittings for low level flushing cistern complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs bib tap, C P cast copper alloy fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of 15 mm bore and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CP brass wall mixer telephonic type for mixing hot and cold water, screwed for iron pipe suitable for 15mm bore pipes with telephonic shower and crutch (Provision for hand shower) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair chromium plated brass angle stop valve incl flange, any description, suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair 15 mm bore bib taps, standard of PTMT any colour, high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous China squatting pan Orissa pattern, size, 580x440mm, white, with integral footrest, and with 'P' or 'S' trap including connection to flushing cistern & flush pipe and making good the distrubed surfaces to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to outgoing pipes and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 10 litres capacity, PVC valve less, syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet ball valve float, handle and flush pipe including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 450X300X7-8mm thick as in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing debries to a distance not exc 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work built in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering in patch work on fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair plate rack of size 900mm x 750mm x 250mm made of stainless steel not less than 0.8 mm thick (SS grade 304 ) with fixing acessories,complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in repair sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1.00mm thick for kitchen with plug, washer and waste pipe including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipes overall size 915mmx420mm, bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm complete all as specified and directed.
