Dismantling earth wire conductor, service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated IS : 7098(Part-I) 1988 market ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3.5core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/passed through protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth for laying of cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm each layer with approved/available soil/earth complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material/surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand in trenches for protection of cable sand cushioning to cable 8 cm thick below cable and 15 cm thick above cable in layers complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B' old bricks laid dry flat 23cm in width over sand cushioning in trenches as perpendicular to the direction of underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in treches for fixed Wall/floor or passing through ducts GI tubing light grade of sizes upto 80 mm as per site requirement for protection of UG cable with necessary fittings complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for carrying out horizontal boring below roads/PCC hard standing/Drain suitable Up to 100 mm dia GI pipe as per site requirement all as specified as directed for inserting GI pipe of the following size with a depth upto 1.5m & length of road upto 12m complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for LT Feeder Pillar including , installation, commissioning and testing of LT Feeder pillar outdoor type CPRI Approved base frame mounted dust proof IP 55 with bus bar chamber to accommodate 3phase, 415Volt with suitable aluminium busbar designed as per relevant IS connected to busbar by aluminium strip of suitable Size, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer chamber and 1.6 mm thick for partition and doors and painting with seven tank process with twin shutter closing & locking arrangements complete and fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation 40 cm above ground level including fixing of MCCB of 125 Amps, 25KA, 4P -1 Nos (Incomer), Ammeter,Voltmer,Indication Lamps and outgoing bus bar strip of suitable size 40x10 mm with provision of fixing 2 Nos outgoing cable of upto 300 Sqmm size with mean of nut bolt & washers complete with control wiring for the above accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less that 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm mm as earthing by means of bolts nuts and washers of galvanized iron including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm GI tubing light grade and necessary fittings for protection of GI strip including laying of charcoal , dust and common slat , PCC 1:2: 4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with earth pit with 40 X 40 X 6.0 mm MS angle iron frame RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2: 4) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bar @ 75 mm C/C both way with plastering 15 mm thick CM ( 1: 6) internally and up to 150 mm below ground level externally . PGI funel with wire mesh ,20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No : 03 of SSR part - I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing completed all specified and directed.

MCCB 4Pole, 415 V, Adjustable Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting Ics = 75% of Icu, 400Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified as directed.

S&F MS cable root indicator with spike and disc of 100mm dia for LT cable, duly embossed with the words, 'LT Cable" on the disc, supported on angle iron 40mmx 40mmx 5mm complete all as specified and directed by the EIC (Note: Excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 embedding block of size 150mmx150mmx150mm and painting of angle iron with brown colour support with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate/unit) complete all as specified as directed.

S & F of treminal control street light box SPN 240 volts hinged,with suitable size of bus bar 4 nos ( 3 Nos for phase 01 No for neutral) water,vermine & weather proof , made out of CRCA sheet ,steel not less than 1.6mm thick duly painted of size 300 x 200 x 105 mm including fixing arrangement and fixed to concrete pole/steel pole with steel clamps, complete all as specified and directed Note : The rates quoted are inclusive of provision and fixing of suitable lugs and glands for cable connection and suitable clamps with nuts and bolts etc for fixing of terminal box to pole complete all as specified as directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 22,250.00
