Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-polished calibrated machine cut kota stone, 20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing as in flooring laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-polished calibrated machine cut kota stone, 20mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick, screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured, glazed, ceramic, tiles of size (450mm x 350 mm/350mm x 250mm) x7 mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite tiles, 20mm thick machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admisture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous China wash basin, size 550 x 400mm, white, flat back including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand with and including brass chromium plated perforated waste coupling/fittings, 32mm dia with long screw shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed, PVC waste pipe of 32mm bore of suitable length, 15mm bore pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and PVC connection pipe, 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Demoltion of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
