SPECIAL REPAIR BY PROVIDING RENOVATION OF OLD JUDICIAL BLOCK IN SECTOR -12, FARIDABAD [Re-Invited]

Providing and fixing medium density fibre board (MDF) interior grade in plain linning but jointing including wooden plugs (hard wood), placed at 45cm to 60cm, complete with necessary nails (frame work shall be payable extra) - 19mm thick [HSR 17.48 (A) (a)]

Providing and fixing flat pressed singled Or 3 layers particle board of B.W.R. grade (medium density) in plain lining butt jointed, including wooden plugs (Teak), placed at 45 cm to 60 cm centres, complete with necessary nails (frame work shall be payable extra)- 12 mm thick [HSR 17.48 (c )]

Supplying and fixing glass panes wih teak wood moulding- 4 mm thick (glazing area above 55 sq dm, but upto 84 sq dm of each pane) [HSR 17.42 (c )]

Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86 cm x 11.43 cm x 3.81 cm laid over 87.50 mm mud filling on a layer of 25 mm mud plaster and an other layer of mud mortar for laying the tiles, including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg per sqm on top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surface to be left clean etc. (HSR 13.13)

Dismantling Brick Work, Tile Masonry or Tile Lining and Tile Terracing- In cement [HSR 8.5 (b)]

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level [HSR 11.7]

Providing & fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles confirming to IS 15622 (thickness to be specified by manufacturer)of approved make in all colors, shade except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade complete (HSR 14.92) (b) Digital print tiles of 300mm x 450mm of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA,SOMANI, ORIENT BELL, JONSON, RAK AND SIMPOLO

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of approved make in flooring/Dado laid in any pattern as specified over base of 3 mm thick adhesive of reputed brands such as pidilite, Laticreto, Ferrous-crete & Valendure as per IS specifications 15477-2004 using 5 Kg. adhesive per Sqm area of tiles including the cost of tiles and jointed with 3 mm space and gap of 6 mm depth will be filled with epoxy grount upto depth 5 mm (min) as Ferrous-crete, Laticreto, Ardexendure or Pidilite, RAK, NITCO, JOHNSON brand will be used. (Double charged tiles shall be used as approved by Engineer in charge). (NS) Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like: NITCO, KAJARIA,SOMANI, ORIENT BELL, JONSON, RAK AND SIMPOLO. The agency will submit bills in original alongwith delivery of tiles to Engineer-in-charge
