Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an off-grid 7.5 kWp mono-crystalline Solar PV Module–based Solar Power Plant. [ MNRE approved PV module make: Panasonic/Tata Power/Jackson/Kirloskar/Warre/Lubi/Mono Parc/Vikram Solar/HR Solar/ Sova]

6) Installation, Testing & Commissioning: Complete installation, pre-commissioning checks, testing of all AC/DC components, earthing measurement, inverter programming, system optimisation, and final commissioning. Submission of test reports and handing over.
7) Design & Engineering: Preparation of complete system engineering including layout drawings, cable schedule, earthing layout, protection scheme, and documentation.
The agency shall provide comprehensive warranty support for a period of 5 years from the date of commissioning of the 7.5 kW Solar Power Plant. During this period, the agency shall: a) Conduct preventive maintenance visits once every 2–3 months (minimum 4 visits per year) for checking the entire solar system. b) Clean the PV modules during each visit to ensure optimum generation. c) Inspect, test and verify the performance of all instruments and components, including: Solar PV modules, MMS structure & fasteners, DCDB, ACDB, Inverter, Earthing system, Lightning arrester, Remote monitoring device.
d) Perform corrective actions, tighten connections, replace defective parts (except consumables), and restore the system to full functionality. e) Maintain records of each maintenance visit and submit service reports. f) Ensure breakdown service within 48 hours of complaint during the warranty period. The item includes all manpower, tools, cleaning materials, testing equipment, consumables, and transportation required for maintenance for the entire 5-year warranty period.
Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 kVA portable generator set, single-phase, 230 V, 50 Hz, complete with air-cooled 4-stroke engine, factory-built acoustic enclosure, and all standard accessories. (Make:- Honda / Kirloskar / Greaves / Mahindra Powerol / Cummins/Ashoke Leyland) The DG set shall consist of the following features:
A. Engine:- 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled diesel engine Rated speed: 1500/3000–3600 RPM Duty: Continuous. Engine make: Honda/ Kirloskar / Mahindra Powerol / Greaves / Cummins/Ashoke Leyland. Output: 230 V, AC, Single Phase, 50 Hz Type: Brushless alternator or inverter-based pure sine wave output (< 2.5% THD) Voltage regulation: Self Excited, Self Regulated (AVR) Insulation class: Class F/H Protection: IP23 or higher Circuit breaker for overload and short circuit protection.
C. Acoustic Enclosure Factory-built, weatherproof, soundproof enclosure, Corosion Resistant , Enviornmental friendly. Noise level: ≤ 75 dB(A) at 1 meter (CPCB compliant for diesel models) Heavy-duty powder-coated steel body. Proper ventilation for engine & alternator cooling Anti-vibration rubber mountings. Residential/Hospital Grade Silencer. Special Design lifting hooks.
D. Control Panel:- Microprocessor based Engine Controller having safety features with display of following Engine & Alternator parameters:- Engine Display features:- Low lube oil pressure, High water temperature, Overspeed, Low Fuel Level, RPM, No. of Hours Run, Battery Voltage. Safeties:- LLOP, HWT, LFL, Over Speed. Alternator Display features:- Ampere, Voltage, Frequency, Power Factor, Kw, Kwh, KVAR Safeties: Over Current, Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Frequency, Short Circuit Current Transformers of suitable ratio. 1 No. Suitably rated MCCB.
