Repairs to 2 nos Patient Passenger lifts in CHC Gandoh

Repair to 02 nos Lifts Control Panel:- by way of thorough inspection, testing, troubleshooting and rectification of faults in the electrical and electronic control system. The work shall include opening of the control panel, checking all internal wiring, connections, terminals, safety circuits, and functional components, and replacing any damaged, burnt, worn-out or defective parts to ensure safe and smooth lift operation. The job shall cover supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all key components typically installed in a standard lift control panel, including but not limited to Main Circuit Breaker (MCB/MCCB) of suitable rating (16–20A, 3-pole), Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) 10 kW, 415V, 3-phase, power contactors (18–22A AC3 duty), overload relays (13–18A), brake contactors (10A, 2-pole), isolation transformer (415V/110V, 500VA), emergency stop circuit integrated with safety loop, safety relays, power supply unit (24V DC, 2A), PLC/lift controller unit, current transformers (50/5A or 100/5A), HMI/control interface with push buttons and display system, panel cooling fan/heater arrangement, terminal blocks, fuses, auxiliary relays, alarm and indication lamps. Replacement of internal wiring with proper size cables (motor wiring 4–6 sq mm and control wiring 1.5–2.5 sq mm) shall also be included wherever required. The complete job shall be executed as per OEM recommendations, safety norms and site requirements. The work includes cost of materials, labour charges, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning and all applicable taxes, complete in all respects.
