Taking / lifting out defective submersible pumps set from bore well complete with column pipe upto 150mm dia steel rope, submersible cable and accessories etc and relowering and commissioning the same after repairing works and testing complete of rating 45/40/30/20 HP 3 phase complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but 2/1.5 HP single Phase

Dismantling , taking out complete burnt winding wire of submersible motor including cleaning of stator slots replacement of defective parts and rewinding with existing type & gauge of copper winding wire pvc insulated as per motor capacity and using new insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves etc. replacement of submersible cable as required length of rating 45 HP 3 phase complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The submersible flat cable will be measured & paid seprately.

Dismantling submersible pump, straightening & polishing of pump shaft, making threading and key way, turning surfacing polishing to impellers, CI bowl complete including replacement of worn out parts as per requirement of rating 40/30/20 HP 3 Phase complete all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling the motor , taking out the burnt copper winding wire of motor 7.5 HP and Rewinding of motor with existing copper wire of existing gauge as per motor capacity using new insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves etc. bakinmg complete with super enamelled insulating varnish including cleaning of stator slots and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking up suction flnaged pipe of 7.5 HP pump, removing foot valve, cleaning, refixing the valve and pipes with new packing and nut and bolts and make the system functional complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/maint of LT panel /Starter of any size/type, checking and tightening of all incoming and outgoing connections by replacing alluminium lugs, pieces of burnt wires as required to make the starter /panel functional complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Bus Bar of 100 A and 415 V 4 Nos and joining all incoming and outgoing connectiom by suitable Lugs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair MCCB TP, 415V, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed. Make- L&T/Legrand/Siemens
