Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Cement concrete 1 : 4: 8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position best colour glazed earthenware Indian water Closet of approved quality of size 580 X 440 cm with 'P' or 'S' trap and embedding the closet with trap to shape in position with 40mm brick jelly concrete 1:2:5( one lime ,two sand and five brick jelly) and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving connection to the C.I. soil stracks by dismantling the masonry floor or RCC works and redoing the same to the original condition without anyleakage etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers, ( The water closet should be got approved by the Department Officers before use on work).

Supply and fixing of RCC JOLLY including cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.Door by using MS angles and 18 gauge sheets including cost and conveyance to site cutting beding welding with necessary locking arrangements and inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying and fixing of Precast Slab 75mm thick including all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Plastering with CM 1 : 3, 10mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1 : 4, 20mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one Cement, five sand ) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Cement paint Two coats with good quality of approved Cement paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
