Cutting chases, pinning in , making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc., and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc.,and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth in brick walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal of unserviceable pipe from work site,15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal of unserviceable pipe from work site, 20 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from inside tank and from the mouth of circulating pipes etc using bleaching powder and washing with clean water tank capacity exc. 250 litre and not exc. 500 litre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Note: Rate quoted shall deemed to include for removing and refixing tank cover, writing the letters "cleaned on, DD/MM/YYYY" in capital letters using white synthetic enamel paint on the tank and provision of bleaching powder , other minor items like thread/ teflone tape etc and blocking outlet of tank before cleaning & opening the outlet and checking the connection at user end and ensuring proper water supply after cleaning.)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados , skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: 1. Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor 2. Item may be required to be done in patches also).
